All that leaves is the most recent newcomers, Palutena, Robin, Lucina, and the Mii Fighters. Unfortunately, I'm starting to feel like there won't be any newcomers revealed post launch, especially since Sakurai seemingly wants to introduce every newcomer through a trailer. Lucina makes this theory seem plausible, because I can't see a situation where she's a starter character due to her clone status. But then again, Toon Link is seemingly starter now, so who knows.

And I would say that Ryce's roster is definitely the safest roster out there are possibly the most likely, which is why it's the same as my minimum expectations, but I would like to believe that there are just a bit more characters. But perhaps those other characters will be DLC. My roster is a "complete" roster, so if there really is DLC then my roster isn't trying to predict what the roster will look like before DLC, but rather after.

Roster look good. I think it's more safe to set your expectation to believe that roster is going to happens.
I still strongly believe that we will get unlockable character, so if we didn't get ganondorf tomorrow then it's more likely they wouldn't reveal unlockable characters.

Looks pretty good. Personally I would swap out Wolf for Snake and I would be absolutely satisfied.
Still can't believe that the game is coming out in a month in Japan and that we will *finally* see the entire roster.
Mine as well. Lucas would be on my dream roster, but the image I posted is the roster I'm expecting. I've played so much Brawl that I've grown to love every single character, and I hate cuts, but the realist in me is bracing for the worst.
I will take a wild guess of 52 characters.

Hasn't been proven fake, though there's rumors that the mods on Smashboards created a fake rumor to weed out some possibly legit ones they were hearing.
I do believe that there might be a real leak somewhere in the wild, but we'll have zero reason to believe it until closer to launch.
