I understand retaliation but it will only prevent the sympathy they would have gotten for being attacked. They could have really gotten the world on their side if they could have survived the night without retaliating. What a terrible situation.

Fighting back with possible bullets being shot at the police and molotov cocktails doesn't seem like the solution to me. Whole solution is just getting worse and worse.
