They just showed another angle of security footage on fox2 stream, does look like him from the better angle, don't know why they didn't use those stills.
Maybe not ballistics, but the number of rounds or shell casings recovered would. Wounds would be more conclusive if there were more than one since casings can be picked up.
A struggle over the weapon and one shot fired in the vehicle could easily be justified. Any shots fired at the victim while he was outside the vehicle fleeing would not be.
The justification patrol is on a roll today on Facebook. "You do the crime you do the time" and "this isn't about race, stop making it about race."
Did they even release the officers name like they said they would?
What a grand show of ignorance...The justification begins:
I just woke up and it seems that now the police are blaming Brown for a robbery he might not have even committed? Is that right? Did they even release the officers name like they said they would?
I know what you're doing, but if those photos are him, he was hardly an upstanding citizen

To be fair, the robbery was known to the public the day of. Then the case was given to the filing officer on the 11th. We don't know how long from there it took to complete the case, and at the time there were larger community issues to report on.Fuck the cops. They should've released the robbery information as soon as this happened.
They know what they're doing.
The "it's not about race" argument is the worst thing ever. It's clearly about race.
What does the video show? How does it compare to the stills?
Dammit, I fucking love you.I know what you're doing, but if those photos are him, it hardly justifies his execution.

Wait so he just pushed the guy off of him?
So you're implying the police department is engaged in a conspiracy to hide and or change evidence, when they have state authorities, FBI, and the state department breathing out their necks. We already know the officer's name and I believe the media already has his records.
Wait so he just pushed the guy off of him?
People making it sound like he assaulted him.

I'm starting to feel nervous about tonight's protests. With all this coming out today, it seems that tensions are going to be on the rise again.
I thought about heading down there to protest, but I may hold off. Funny how much your mindset changes when you have a little one at home, 3 months old at that.
I just had a disturbing conversation with my family over breakfast regarding this shooting.
My Mother thinks the cops were justified, if you don't want to get shot and killed don't do crime. I told my Step Father how witnesses had said Brown had his hands up. His response? "What color were they, were they black?" Then they were lying. I asked him because they are black, they can't be telling the truth? Nope, he said. Hell. My Mother agreed with that sentiment. They're lying and mad because a white cop shot a black man. My brother and sister both took the sides of the cops as well. Things got pretty heated.
It makes me disgusted. I guess because I'm not racist, I didn't really consider that the people close to me would be. We don't usually discuss these things. My family are nice people, especially to me, as racist as they apparently are. It's still disgusting.
It has kind of shattered my own perception of how rampant racism really is.
So what?
No, he strongarmed him!
I never said he deserved to be killed, but apparently I did
It isn't exactly unheard of for cops to tamper with evidence in order to either get convictions or to cover up their own wrong-doings. You would have to be pretty naive to think a conspiracy to cover up evidence is unthinkable. Besides, most of the attempt at cover-up probably happened in the immediate aftermath of the incident, well before the FBI and state department were even aware that this happened.
There are some pretty suspicious signs in the behavior of the police in the immediate aftermath of Brown's death: them failing to properly report the shooting, them leaving Brown's body out in the open for several hours before loading his body into an unmarked SUV, the police force's general refusal to identify themselves or give their badge numbers. There are all sorts of signs that something is up and they have something to hide. So a healthy of suspicion towards their actions is perfectly reasonable.

Had a very similar discussion with my some members of my family and were all black.Join the club.

Yup, posted my story yesterday. My dad's opinion just left me dumbfounded.Join the club.
His citizen upstandingness is irrelevant to his murder.
Here's a list of things hidden from the public that are also relevant for the case:
1. The medical examinar already did an autopsy 3 days ago. The report is not public yet.
This is not the case now.2. The cops' name is still hidden, and its been a week.
3. You bet your ass that the cops history will be completely unaccesible and clean... if they ever let the public get a hold of it.

It is, but people should be allowed to comment on a single facet of this case without being dog piled on...someone completely different even commented on this, but I guess it went unread.

This is them warning you to never talk to them about this kind of thing.
