Eh, we'll see. There has to be an eyewitness consensus after all the interviews the FBI have done. So far what has been consistent is that he was shot at, then turned around and shot to death.

Several eye witnesses say he turned around with his hands up. This report seems to contradict that. I hope the DOJ and FBI are able to find the truth. This is exactly why cops need to wear cameras at all times. Then we'd have fairly undisputable evidence.

We actually don't know where he is currently. I would doubt he is far enough away that they can't go grab him immediately if/when charges come.
