None of the cops know where the media is "allowed" to be, that's convenient.
I know milk works for capsaicin based sprays, does this do the same for tear gas?
The morning after the shooting, Chief Jon Belmar of the St. Louis County police said that Officer Wilson was leaving his police car when Mr. Brown allegedly pushed the police officer back into the car, where he physically assaulted the police officer.
Within the police car there was a struggle over the officers weapon, Chief Belmar said. There was at least one shot fired in the car.
At that point, the police said, Officer Wilson left his vehicle and fatally shot Mr. Brown. More than a few shell casings were recovered from the scene.
Have you conveniently forgotten that they've started the curfew early?
We knew what was going to happen tonight? You're clairvoyant? They are too? They knew the cops wouldn't honor the curfew?
Lack of leadership and communication from multiple levels of MO police/troopers. It's so infuriating.None of the cops know where the media is "allowed" to be, that's convenient.
So that would mean his hand was facing palm out and his hands were above his head.
The tweet that said it was only fireworks clarified saying only that instance was fireworks. The other reports of gunfire remain true. CNN has confirmed gunshots at police.Fireworks.

I'm sure David will be calling in shortly.
The cops continued to yell at us from across the street. I couldn't understand them. I just kept my hands up, & yelled at others to do same
I literally felt trapped. We couldn't go back. But ahead of us, cops were pointing guns and yelling inscrutable orders at us.
Everyone was confused. There was literally almost nowhere to go. We went into a parking lot, and cars were peeling off all around us
And I guess my angel is Stacy Graham of Jerseyville, Illinois. I saw her backing up and asked her if she would give us a ride.
Dude. A white woman approached in a dark parking lot by two panicked black men? And she still told us to get on in.
I'm guessing if the shots on the insides of his arms were from when he was running away, the autopsy would have figured that out, no?
What prompted this from them? I'm out of the loop on that part.
Police are now opening fire kent state style? No wonder foreign press is sending war correspondents. It's pretty much a war zone.
- Target Command Centre
- Freedom of Press still in jeopardy
- Police shooting indiscriminantly at people, causing injuries to all kinds of people and in the public, shoot first, think later
- Civil unrest
.@JustinGlawe: Cops telling media to "set an example and walk across the street."
Not necessarily, but it certainly doesn't conflict with eye-witness testimony we've heard. Unless he was Scooby-Doo mummy-charging, I guess?

Nothing, they were just bored!
I cant believe anyone would have their kids out there at night, period. "Peaceful protests!" Blah blah blah, there have been groups of idiots out there every night doing idiotic shit which sparks more shit off. If you didnt expect that tonight and tomorrow again as well, you're dumb.

.@TheAPJournalist: Police now asking the media and protesters to leave Canfield, have given their last warning to disperse. #Ferguson

Anybody watching CNN.
Reports say autopsy expert on CNN said shots that hit inside of arm and hand are consistent with man with arms up in style of surrendering.
Looking at the grouping it seems like his hands were raised up at least as high as his own head.
Russia Today, who I imagine are going to jump down the US' throat gleefully for this mess. Not that I would blame them.
RT = mouthpiece of Russian government disguised as media. What does Putin has to do with it?
They're back
The one on his hand (long gash) looks like a long wound. Showing his hand would be pointed towards the officer fingertips first. Probably near his chest.
The one inside his arm is the same. It's a long gash as well.
Despite Mike Baden wringing his hands every five seconds about not having enough information, that autopsy report is damning.
Let's take the officer at his word about the gun struggle story for a moment.
Mike Brown pushes the officer into the car and goes for his gun. There is a struggle, the officer gains control of his gun and shoots. BOOM.
Presumably, Mike Brown staggers backwards from the car, dazed and in pain from just being shot. At this point, what happens? We know there were at least five other shots, because those are the ones that hit Brown. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM. Add in other shots that missed, and common sense tells us that this officer was just unloading at this point. You don't just squeeze off that many rounds with a semi-automatic weapon on a whim. I've fired guns, the trigger pull of a handgun plus the recoil makes it anything but an afterthought.
In some ways, when you break it down, his version of events almost seems worse than the one the witnesses are telling.
Where's a link to the autopsy report itself? I van see how those shots to the arm might not be conclusive, but I'm curious about the headshots.
