to me Sakura x Naruto is the least possible outcome my reasoning is because they have spent the most time together in chapter

Anyway, great chapter, and what a wonderful Team 7 moment. If only they were fighting someone worthy of being the final end boss. Someone like Madara, who knows how to fight. Kaguya has been rather boring.
I agree with this so hard. Kaguya's been a snooze-fest with her spamming that dimension magic. C'mon, lets see some taijustsu or at least a little more cunning and calculus that proves her to be superior to Madara in some way. So far it's just been like: here's this person.... she has loooooooooooooooooooooooooots of chakra.... that's it.... yep.
I hate that whole segment it was so bad, and ruined Sasuke

I owe this whole series a re-read from the start to see if i missed any hints anyway
I also think Sasuke x Sakura would have worked if that segment never took place he was not being mind-controlled so he went for the kill you cannot re-write that
he came back for these fights but you really cannot fix that damage.
She owes him one of those killer punches and they can remain friends after that but hooking up is a cop-out to me. plus I want to see Sakura continue to grow the guy has no respect for her abilities as a ninja
Well if I learned anything from reading Naruto is that Kishi gives no fucks. So the cop-out will happen.

the whole theme of Sakura being a useless member of Team 7 needs to be resolve
she has been powering up for a long time to get to this point. We need to see her move on.

yeah, this has been her role for of most the time
on a personal level, yeah, she doesn't have much, but she was the very first person to be influenced by Naruto though. I wouldn't say that's little.
But Naruto didn't even think for once about romance during that whole segment. It was purely motivational, comrade stuff. Also normally I would say the segment where Kishi showed her IT dream and lumped it together with other pipe/false dreams was not a good sign for the pairing, but then again...
...pretty much. Using common sense and logic at this point is useless. Sasuke will return as if nothing happened. Whether or not they hook up is another question. As I said I still consider all 3 at square one and they have equal chances. Some of them is easier to sell to the crowd than the other, that's it.
Look at Karin. She had it the worst, she even said she's through with him (twice!), yet when things got back to normal she did too. Nothing changed.

Isn't it December? People said before the last chapter we would have 15 chapters till the movie comes out.
Also depends where this "new era project" is going. If it's canon, then yeah, things will end soon, if it's some sort of AU, then probably not.

People are theorizing that based on how it's supposedly takes place 2 years after the current happenings. If it's a canon project, then obviously they wouldn't spoil the current happenings in that movie if it doesn't get finished in the manga by the time the movie comes out. So, either the manga ends or the current fight ends and enter part 3.
Or something like that. I'm just going to wait this out.

I assume that the manga war arc will end before the movie, but the manga will continue with a new time jump. So the movie will bridge the arcs together. Because when Bleach said it was on its final arc, they had a pretty big spectacle for it. If naruto is going to end I assume they will have a even bigger one then that. No way does the manga end quietly.

Karin is absolutely terrible, right when it looks she might actually grow after Sasuke nearly killed her she regresses right back when she meets him, Sakura wishes she was as bad as Karin.

I think they made Karin to make Sakura look normal and cooler. But she is a comedy character so people don't care much, also she has OP regeneration so her being stabbed was more of a psychological damage.

Naruto can't regenerate, he just more resilient to damage. He's not as strong as she is either.

He doesn't need to be as strong as long as he can smack people around with multiple punches at once from his shadow clones (and with rasengans). Sakura can't even make the little leagues

this is why Karin fits Sasuke they are both bat-shit insane the whole bite to heal juts that Karin has seems to point at someone who does not care about pain or abuse
Sakura should be more reasonable than that, Sasuke should not get to end up Sakura it would not match her personality

As much as some people love to hate Sakura lets not forget she has been vital in their fight against Kaguya. They would be so screwed without her. You guys also have to remember that Sasuke and Naruto are leagues ahead of every shinobi in the world right now due to the sage's gifts. Seriously, not even the hokages are in their league. To think that Sakura should or even could be (or anyone for that matter) is crazy. She's definitely proven her worth in this battle and even Sasuke has recognised that.

The entire shinobi Alliance would be screwed without her healing abilities. Sakura medical skills maybe on par with tsunade at this point.
Not to mention that Naruto would be dead without her.

That's advance healing, but regeneration means organs and limbs. Which Naruto can do now, at least to other people.
All she done in this battle is heal people and occasionally hit people . That is scrub work. Until she does something on the level of gai , hell even ino ,she is god dam useless.
Lol you say that as if Naruto and Sasuke weren't already leagues ahead of her even before they where given the sage gifts.

No Sakura isn't in the same league as Naruto is right now. I was just making the point that she has some skills that are superior to his.
I keep forgetting about all his crazy new rikudo powers. I think deep down I just don't believe he's going to keep all of them, so I always dismiss them in discussions.
That was closer to the shoulder joint than his lungs, and his arm stayed limp after that point. Sakura would be able to heal something like that completely.

She kept Naruto's body alive till Obito put other Kurama into him and she was instrumental in finding Sasuke. This isn't what I'd call useless. Sure, these aren't huge feats, but it doesn't always have to be about those. She gave it her all in both cases. It's worth an acknowledgement at least.
And I say this is someone who has been very critical of her for a looooong time.
You're right, I re-read that part. I was thinking about the anime, where they made it more drastic.
