The iPhone 6 has a 4.7″ 1334 x 750 326ppi display, the iPhone 6 plus has a 5.5″ 1920×1080 display. Apple is calling these both Retina HD displays.

Came to post this. Gone are the days of doubling the res because it had to be perfect pixel scaling. Apple's gotten with the times finally with having to deal with different size screens and different resolutions that don't scale perfectly.
