Boss Key? That's CliffyB's gig, but I doubt they have anything substantial to show yet?
Yea, it is an exercise in futility and expense.Trying to keep up with maxing out the newest games is an exercise in insanity.
Trying to max out Witcher 3 is another tier above that.
thx man.Games from those people.
Watch exclusive partner interviews with Epic, Ubisoft, Boss Key, NCSoft, Blizzard, Wargaming, SOE, Deep Silver, 2K Games, Warner Brothers, Respawn, Red Bull, and many others.
NIVIDA isn't leaving money on the table. As absurd as $599 is, I can't imagine anything else since people( including myself ) will still pay $599.Best-case scenario would be $350 970, $450 980.
Insert tag here.
I hope they don't forget about 3D. I mean, it's going to become really important with VR to have stereoscopic rendering. If Nvidia could leverage their partners to support VR AND could leverage their own existing driver hacks to inject VR support (as they inject 3D support in certain titles) that would be a good thing, and not just for people interested in 3D Vision.thx man.
Let's see here:
Epic: Fortnite, showing off engine specific stuff like Flex integration
Ubisoft: showing off Ass creed unity
Boss Key: Isnt this cliffy? Cliffy game
NCSoft: i have no idea
Blizzard: touting G-Sync with SC2, nothing else really
Wargaming: World of Tanks with some Nvidia stuff?
SOE: Showing off the reimplemented PhysX effects in planetside 2
Deep Silver: anyone's guess, they have tons of games in production: Homefront? Dead Island 2? Saints row?
2k: no idea
Warner: no idea, batman?
Respawn: Titanfall 4k Gsync or something
thx man.

Still no word on a 980ti? Hope it drops before wither
It probably won't happen. It's a bit confusing, in terms of architecture on how the actual chips relate to the numbered GTX cards but more or less be looking for a repeat of the 600 series.Still no word on a 980ti? Hope it drops before wither
You can, but not like you can on NVIDIA.Can you downsample on AMD like you can on Nvidia?

There aren't reviews out for the 980 yet.So how does the old 7970 compare to the gtx 980?
Is this for real? Or another rumor... It says official msrp.
299 would be a game changer.
Not quite.
Yeah, pretty much this. $299 is incredible coming from Nvidia. Which just makes it all the more difficult to believe, naturally.$299? shiiiieeet
I'll believe it when I see it on newegg
I'll believe it when I see it but if the 970 is really $299/299 I'll be all over one and I suspect a great many people will be as well.
I wonder how AMD could counter this offer. There is just no way it launches for 299.

300 bucks would be nice for a 970 that would make it a worthy successor to the 560ti
I'd consider it that price, if it's 400 they can stick it up their ass and I'll keep my 6870 for another year
@ devalue, it's been 2.5 years since kepler released, it's more than time to move on, or did selling the 6870 for 160 bucks in 2011 devalue the 4870 being 200 in 2009? talk about lowered expectations.
300 dollars is still a lot of money for a gpu
A new line of cards is supposed to 'devalue' the old line, not just slot in alongside it price/performance wise.
