OK, real talk: is there a cool down on sprinting, like can you only sprint a couple times in a row then it's on cool down, or is it just me?

I must be doing something seriously wrong as a Hunter, it seems really underwhelming in PvE. Any tips? I have both subclasses maxed.
I'm under the impression that spring just is buggy in the game. Sometimes you will click to sprint and it just ignores it, even if you haven't sprinted in a bit.

Got my Hunter to R3 Vanguard and my Warlock to R2 Vanguard before I saw my first exotic weapon bounty. There is some RNG I'm sure, but I doubt it is a pure dice roll.

I wouldnt count on too much. They are similar to Reach's Challenges and they had a scheduled set.

I play Bladedancer in PvE. The super + the perk that extends the super for each kill is really great for taking out large groups of weak enemies, and the invisibility abilities are great for revives. Between blink strike, crouching, and using your super, you can have three different ways to go invisible. It's great for survivability.
Gunslinger is the way to go in PvP though, imo. I generally think it's more fun to play.

I haven't seen the more ridiculous things in that video but I frequently get kills where the guy is running around the corner but dies anyways, I also always manage to get postmortem kills by just spamming melee as I'm about to die.
I've seen dudes not take any damage at all and teleport around but that's much more rare.

I think he was asking if there was something specific he could do to get one, which to my knowledge there isn't. Plug away at them enough and one will eventually pop up.
I actually know a person who lives in the same town as that person and has the same connection as him. She has never had issues like that before.

That's pretty much how the game runs for me too, doesn't seem to be on the users end when tons of people have the same problem and are located all over the world without issues in other games. You can get through the PVP for the most part but you also get plenty of deaths that are impossible to avoid since it's like you're shooting at someone who is invincible, hugely frustrating as are the constant "contacting destiny servers..." messages.

finally got my hands on the suros and i'm wrecking people on pvp but now bungie wants to suck away the fun and nerf auto rifles because of course movement+gunplay isn't their style.

I have been playing quite a bit of PvP recently, Lv 28 Warlock now but with a ton of midterms the past few weeks I haven't yet done the raid-- I have raiding experience from other games and a pretty good idea of the encounters and what's going on from watching streams and videos and stuff, but if anyone's doing a group this weekend where they wouldn't mind having to tell someone what to do, I can be available pretty much anytime.

Had a pretty productive night in Destiny tonight - feeling pretty happy with the announced patch changes, so I feel like I have a reason to really keep dedicating time. Grabbed Alpha Lupi, got a Vanguard item, and did every non-crucible bounty.

The game runs for me like that too, I mostly ignore it though because I'm still having some fun in spite of it, but the lag is pretty awful in this game for me, whereas most other fps's run fine for me.
Everyone knows nerfing the skillrifles is a good decision.

I don't think you can play with a NAT 3, it happened to me last night for some reason and I kept getting an error upon login. Soon as it changed to NAT 1 it worked.

But this actually creates a decent level of play. If you're smart and move you succeed and that's how it should be. Bungie loves doing shit that hinders actual gunplay.

I got my second exotic bounty -- this time for Invective. Not sure if I want it, really. I'd much rather keep on using Hard Light or another primary exotic.

What would you say is the fastest way to get from 1 to 20?
I'm gonna take a break from my Titan until the loot patch hits, figure now is as good a time as ever to level an alt. I've got a couple good pieces of Hunter armor sitting in my bank so I started a Hunter and now am trying to get to 20 ASAP.

Playing Crucible levels you up pretty fast.
Same thing happens to me too. I hold down the trigger and it simply stops firing. Every time I check there is at least 10-15 bullets left in the clip.
I think I am one of the 50 exo fems or so in the game. I think I have ever only seen another Exo fem once.

Hope, it's the game. I play COD and Titanfall and it's smooth, I switch over to Destiny and shit like in that video happens, not to mention the obscene amount of disconnects. Shit like the melee lag in PvP have to be sorted, the amount of post mortem medals I get, because my melee wasn't registered until a few seconds after my death is ridiculous.
