FWIW, I gave Dragon Age 2 a 5/10 for Wired back when it came out. It's almost hard to believe this one was made by the same people.
Great to hear JS, liking Kirk's write up too on the site : it's bloody well written.

oh, you're right. that post was indeed full of rage. I almost broke my keyboard while I was typing during that furious wrath of mine.Oh.
Yes. Everyone else is mad except the guy raging against opinions.
Says nothing about a BioWare game, though. ME3 was a turd with 93 metascore on PS3/360.
and here we go with the insults, took longer than what I expected. :lol
you surely sound mad, son.

Lol.
And shitty quest design, and shitty character dialogue and writing(all of cerberus), bad balance concerning combat, very limited encounter variety before dlcs, very minimal changes from what you carried over from ME1 and 2 for the most part...
People were angry about many things.
Solid reviews! The game looks really good! It makes me want to get an Xbox One ahead of March with D4 already out and now this (I don't have much faith in the 360/PS3 versions).

So this is going to be my first Dragon Age game, is there any video or article that does a good job of summing up the events of the first two game other than the wiki? Would like to get a general sense of what happened in those?

Dragon Age Keep gives a rundown of the first two games' stories.
Dragon Age Keep has a good narrated summary of the major plot points of the first two games that also allows you to choose your own world state if you don't want to go with default.
Well, I did promise you guys more screens...
Welcome back, Dragon Age.![]()
Wow, quite positive reception. Metacritic is around 88 in PC and PS4. XBOX a bit less.
Dude quote your post.
I will bring myself sexual pleasure later, while thinking about those reviews with great respect.

Oh wow! 0_0
Is that single player or multiplayer.
...wait, speaking of which HOW IS the multiplayer? I have so far heard literally nothing about it other than it is there.
Dang this looks good, love the colors. IIRC you weren't even playing on the highest settings?
Fuuuck this sounds so good, and i thought it was going to be poop after DA:2.
For those who know about the story: Is it viable to invest in the story of DA2 to understand stuff in this? Or is atleast the MQ pretty standalone? I loved DA:O and played the demo of DA2, realized what i was playing was literally a pile of shit and never touched the full game.
But this seems soo goooooooooooooooodi regret getting Lords of the fallen instead of this.
Yeah I felt a bit "wait what?" when looking at that video. Assuming we are talking about the same thing.Avoid watching the gamespot review. there was something there that im not sure people want to see.
Thanks for the screens Dawg. Good thing no one in the office looked at my screen when Cassandra started loading![]()
The Telegraph review should count for all versions. Same with the Gamereactor Sweden and ZTGD reviews. None of the journalist will play the same game on all platforms. The differences are to small.
High settings indeed. A few things on ultra, but not everything.
