Not really. Bugs and glitches. Plus slower computers couldn't run that game, since its on an emulator. Also, trying to find a copy now can be expensive. Like $80 for a used copy.

You're going to need an impressively shitty PC to not be able to do dreamcast emulation. I remember getting full speed DC emulation on my Acer Aspire One netbook. My phone does dreamcast emulation.

Besides, this is the system requirements for Jet Set Radio HD:

    OS:Windows XP SP2 or newer
    Processor:Pentium 4 or Athlon CPU > 1Ghz or newer
    Memory:1 GB RAM
    Graphics:256Mb video RAM or more (256Mb video RAM or more)
    DirectX®:9.0c

such a PC would have no problem with DC emulation.

Honestly, if toasters had harddrives, I'm pretty sure it would run this.

I know a lot of people want Sega's more niche games, like the Yakuza series, but I am not sure how well those would translate into sales. It's not as though PC is lacking in open world adventure games with RPG elements, and it's not like everything on the Steam is an instant success.

Resonance of Fate would probably make sense though. It's already been localized.

It's not as though there's any shortage of strategy games on the PC, either. A good rep and solid word of mouth can do wonders, as Valkyria just showed. Yakuza could potentially find a good Western home on the PC.

I saw the post saying the petition had nothing to do with the game being ported.

I'd bet it certainly helped the quality of the port, if nothing else. Seeing excitement for a project you're involved with always makes you work harder to make sure it delivers.
