Show off your Dragon Age Inquisitor

There is a distinct lack of Qunari in this thread. I can only conclude that many of you are racists.

Na, I'm just Theophobic

How'd I do GAF?

My babe Inquisitor Godot Trevelyan!!!! She's a warrior with the Reaver subclass.~
I finished the game but I really want to use her again because I liked her so much lol. I'll eventually get to using the other races (I already have a few planned), I'll probably just play around in the CC for a while just for fun before hopping back into finishing Godot's remaining side quests. Tbh though it took a few tries to get her right because as soon as I left the CC certain things that weren't noticeable before just popped out like woah lol.

Prettiest females in the thread. After trying for an hour I got a pretty goodlooking one too, then I accidently backed out and lost all of my progress. :( After that I tried to replicate her but it just wasn't the same. So now I kinda went with a slightly altered of the default male human since I just wanted to start the game after two hours in character creation.

After going through 4 female Qunari I gave up and rolled with a Fem-Dwarf. I simply could not get the Qunari looking decent.

Maybe I'll try again after people start posting character creation how-to's. I'm also crossing my fingers for face codes to get patched in, or at least a masseffectfaces.com type website to put up.

I really wish we would have gotten a pre-made face.

I'm down to my sixth character now and i'm still not happy about it.

Yeah me and like a million others I've seen this type of character. I think he should just be default at this point.

I guess that's because it's really hard to make a decent looking character with this cc. I wanted to make a long-haired elf but the elves are butt-ugly (males at least, females can look ok-sh) and there's no long hair. So I went with a human and the only hair style that doesn't look like absolute shit.

I was initially going to roll Qunari but after seeing the abysmal hair they got stuck with I ended up rolling a Human mage to start off and am hoping they fix the hair (or it is modded) by the time I do a second playthrough as a Qunari tank

Glad to see you managed to get the glare you'd wanted ;) I like this look, it's got a lot of expression and is really non-typical compared to some other builds! Love the eye colour too.

thanks! yeah i was able to get the glare look, i'm really happy about this :D

I wish there was an option to change body types since my elf came out super scrawny and it kinda makes me want to start over with another character but I love playing as elf characters :(

I managed to create a nice female mage that looks great in cutscenes and in the inventory page. But when I control the character it doesn't really look that great. I guess they had to lower quality for performance. I am happy though.
I will try to post some pictures later. Too bad that there is still no screenshot function on XO.

Bit more unoriginal... But I don't care. I like my Inquisitor!

This awfully reminds me of my default Aedan Cousland from DA:O for some reason.

Also, it's a pity I couldn't give my Inquisitor an eye-patch with that killer mullet hair option that a number of people have been using.

I mean seriously, I lead an Inquistion and my initial base is called Haven for pete's sake. It's like this game wants me to do Metal Gear Solid.

Do you have any idea how you did this? I'm awful at character creation

I'll see if I can describe it a bit lol (I was actually trying to describe the same thing to d3vnull for their inquisitor and in the end they liked their result). The biggest thing is trying not to exaggerate the sliders too much. Like in Mass Effect or the older Dragon Age games you would have to go from one extreme to another to notice any difference and this CC is a lot more sensitive to change than those. To get Godot the only things I really altered were her lips and eyes and even then I had to be careful to not pull the sliders too far away because results would get weird once I finally got in the game and it led me to starting over four times lol. Also her nose is smaller and less wide than the preset's. Sorry if this isn't any help at all it's really hard to say since it's not me physically doing it @ _ @

But thanks to everyone who likes her! I'm flattered lol.

Will post mine soon but man some of the characters people have created are amazing.

Two random tidbits:

*It's astonishing how much difference eye brows make on the perceived character personalities.

*The hair choices are really lackluster in this at least for Elf females.

I just bought this game to mess around with the CC... I have zero interest in it otherwise. Hopefully it won't suck.

A little too tanned and more like orange-haired than blond. Oh well, I'm still glad, but can you change hairstyles later in the game?

Appreciate that. Last question: do you know which preset you used?

I don't know how some of you guys do it... I spent 90 minutes on this:

That's not counting the time spent on the 3 Frankenstein monsters I deleted before that. I just hate character creators. Half the NPCs I meet have more charisma than me ffs.
All games should have a default face so that desperately untalented people like me don't have to bother. Even Hawke looks more interesting than anything I could ever do with a character creator, and the most interesting thing about this guy is that his beard looks weird...

End of rant. This game is incredible by the way!

My inquisitor looks almost exactly the same...

I thiiiiink if i recall, this is Preset #4, with eye shape number 2 I (it's either the second or third preset from the left on the slider) and some minor tweaking....mainly to the nose, and moving the eyes down slightly....

Yeah I'm not really much help.

It kinda sucks that all male elfs have long lanky faces, but I fiddled around until I liked what I saw. I typically don't go for tats but I like how it looks. He's a dashing rogue with goofy ears, just the heart breaker Thedas needs!

Lots of cool characters in here! Maybe a little late to the party myself, but after getting a little more time with the game I finally settled on one too. Human mage girl get:

Put a couple more in a little imgur album for fun: http://imgur.com/a/W9bvn

Hair limitations aside, the editor for this is pretty impressive. :D
