I haven't played since the beginning of Cataclysm when I started leveling a worgen hunter, but every time someone starts talking about it I get that itch. I check out my characters on my battle net account every once in a while. I told myself I'd never go back!

I was p addicted back around 2009-2010. Got a Blood Elf mage to level 60-ish then got completely burnt out.

I only played vanilla WoW after it came out and got bored with it before even hitting cap. I think the highest character I had was a lvl 54 shaman.

I spent way more time playing FFXI when that first launched. FFXIV was good, but I got burnt out after a few months and haven't gone back. I think my life is better off without spending time playing MMOs.

I often compare gruelling tasks' time of completion to that of MMO playtime. I imagine if I were ever sentenced to prison, I'd also compare it to that. In that regard, I'd probably have to be sentenced for at least a decade to match the time I've played MMOs - notably WoW and FFXI.
