Roman's Mania match should be against Dean and Seth in a Triple Threat ladder match for the MITB suitcase. The SHIELD still haven't had a proper blow off match yet and the story could be Seth looking to prove that he can stand on his own without needing the daemon Kane/Authority propping him up, Dean trying to prove that he can do anything competently, and Roman trying to solidify himself as the breakout star of the team.
Don't give Roman the briefcase (but make him look strong dammit), because he'll get his shot eventually. Either leave it with Seth and let him continue to find the right spot to use it or let Dean have it and do something unexpected with it, play into his loose cannon shtick.
Then just move the proper MITB match back to Mania in the future.
