Happens in other games with star-ko vs screen ko and they rule by who dies first (screen KO dies earlier). It is what it is.

Star KOs should be assumed to happen unless the character is launched at really high speeds / late in the game.

i also thought it was unfair that Tien hit the car before hitting the ground vs Goku in the budokai teikenchi but dem the breaks. I really did want ness and villager to pull that one out.
