Collusion would mean one of them intentionally planning to throw the match to benefit from the pot later. Goofing off or being less serious because you're playing someone you always play is not collusion. M2K was also influenced by the crowd's chants causing him to laugh in the first two games.

No she isn't. Pac-Man was playing that match all wrong. The only thing he did right was bait out the absorbs, but he never once capitalized on them. Rosa can still lose to projectiles, but not the way Pac-Man was playing.

True, Pacman did a terrible job punishing the absorbs but even still, I would argue the hydrant is a big part of his strategy and Rosalina's ability to take that away was huge.
