...more people ranting about CTE isn't a bad thing. Like regardless of what shenanigans happened with deflategate these past two weeks and how upset fans are that the patriots won, these sort of revelations should be looked at more seriously. It warrants more than a "This shit is just getting sad at this point. They won, get over it."

Are you serious right now? In no way was I talking about CTE with the get over. Way to twist that shit around. I didn't know I had to spell out that people are looking for any reason to say the pats cheated.

I agree with the words on paper, only if the intentions weren't clearly an attempt to discredit the win. Mech was the original one to post it. He posted in here and in the offseason thread, and in fact in the offseason thread wrote "jabee have at it". Funny that even Jabee the troll character had more class than that.

I think this win honestly helps Brady's chances at being the greatest. Although, I think he needs 1-2 more to be considered better than Bledsoe.

Either him or Montana

This conversation is legitimate now. The window is still open too ;). The peyton debate is dead to anybody with common sense as well. I think it's a perfect way to settle it too. I mean besides all the stuff Brady had already done in my mind to settle that debate, now he beats a very similar team in spectacular fashion, that embarrassed Peyton and gave him the worst beating of his career.

also asked earlier, but can somebody post that picture of Brady on the throne?

Listening to Edelman talk on NFL Network it almost sounds like he's still concussed. I did appreciate Heath Evans asking him what was going on in his mind while he watched the end of the game.

I can't stop playing the interception in my mind.

The salt flows on the streets of Vancouver! Lot of people giving me and my jersey the stink eye. Love it.

So has the play been given a name yet? Does it have it's own Wikipedia page like "The Fumble" and other memorable sports moments?

Wow so I just heard that Katy Perry garnered 118 million views for her halftime show, beating the previous record of 114 million, making her halftime show the most viewed halftime show in history! Congrats to her!

It's too bad her show was terrible

Damn, Seattle couldn't even be bothered to watch the super bowl in their home market.

1. Boston, 61.0/85

2. New Orleans, 55.7/72

3. Phoenix, 55.6/82

T4. Detroit, 55.0/71

T4. Norfolk, 55.0/76

6. Chicago, 54.9/72

7. Kansas City, 54.5/75

T8. Denver, 53.7/79

T8. Indianapolis, 53.7/74

10. Buffalo, 53.6/75

*Seattle tied for 17th with a 52.1/89

Patriots have it way too easy in the AFC. You've got horrible teams like the Colts and Bengals wasting spots every year and Peyton adding to his record number of playoff losses.

The only challenge is frikkin' Flacco.

MASH finale was a watershed moment Damn.

That's bullshit logic if ever I saw any. Getting to a superbowl is an achievement in of itself. Those two losses count more than Montana and Bradshaw nonappearances.

This. I never understood the nonsense argument some try to make that getting to a Super Bowl is worse than not getting to a Super Bowl. Crazy talk.

Are these numbers scaled for size of the market vs viewers? Or just straight number of viewers? I have no clue how rating numbers work.

3rd best

1) Montana 4-0
2) Bradshaw 4-0
3) Brady 4-2

the above 2 never choked in the big game

The others never got the opportunity to "choke" in a big game again. Six appearances is better than just four wins.

Such a dumb argument that because he got second place twice that he automatically can't be the best. He got there two more times than the other two guys, regardless of if he won or not. Not to mention Brady himself didn't choke at all, his defense did.

I will never forget how great it felt to see Sherman's reaction to the loss. So great to see such a poor sport take one on the chin.

"We're only going to score 17 points?" Brady said before chuckling about it. "OK. Is Plax playing defense?"

the tyree catch didnt win the giants the game. NE still had an opportunity to stop them and they failed

18-1

@Megalosaro

those 2 losses tarnished his legacy. he was better off not appearing in those games

Only idiots think that losing in the Superbowl is worse than never getting to it.

seattle had less than that before halftime and they scored a td

Which was from a huge breakaway QB rush and a major run from the top RB in the game.

Next please.

no need for name calling

@darkflow

your missing the point. with that much time left you CAN score a td

nothing wrong with being #3

think of all the qbs that ever played this game. most would envy being considered at least being in that spot
