New Atlus? I highly doubt it. ArcSys gave more of a nod to older persona games with their P1/2 alt colors in ultimax, then Atlus has recently.

German definitely. Way more useful than French. It's also pretty easier to pick up.

French is way easier. It's also easier to speak and understand. It's also very easy in terms of conjugation and grammar.
