Hell yeah GS called and said pick up Shulk on Wednesday

Probably just want to get the ones that no one picks up tomorrow or Thursday ready to sell on Friday for the n3DS crowd

He won't be as rare as Ike or Dedede, but I think both Sonic and Mega Man will be really hard to find at first, before hopefully becoming easier to find.

Hmm, I wonder if I should check later in the day around 3:30-ish or bother with driving to the other end of town around noon.

Probably will call around noon so I don't waste gas & go in for nothing. You can't place a hold over the phone, right?

Someone earlier from Michigan said they got their message it would be available tomorrow.

I haven't received any message yet, but I'm pretty paranoid on whether the GS employee I dealt with last week even updated my phone number like I requested after he asked me about canceling my pre-order. I'll probably check out my GS tomorrow just in case.

I haven't heard anything from GS about my Ike and DeDeDe preorders, but Amazon has updated my order to say I'll be getting my Mega Man on Friday! I was sort of worried about that one, but no more worries!

I have heard about GameStops putting un-preordered amiibos on hold for people before. Depends on whomever answers the phone I imagine.

I have a good relation with the two main employees I see there (probably considered a regular or something). If they're allowed, then they'll probably do that for me since they know I won't scalp them.

I would assume so. Perhaps call just to be safe, like "Hey, I heard Shulk pre-orders were arriving today, will there be any extra on the shelves" or something.

I guess I could call, but I live close to a GS so I could just walk there at opening time.

You could do that as well. Though from what I've noticed, they might not get their stock until around Noon, at least for mine. I guess if you're able to, watch for an UPS truck or whatever.

I did some local calling of GS stores about Shulk and two of them are expecting some for non-pre-orders on Friday. Inform me, should I expect a line when they open at 9, Friday or can I just show up at 8:45 and have a decent chance at getting one? They didn't mention anything about a midnight opening and just said they'd have some at 9 when they open.

I'm debating on whether to go or not since it seems like it'll be my only chance to get one for a good price. I don't really want to pay a ton since I just spent $40 for a GI Joe and don't want to spend more for another toy, right now. I might just save my money and go for Sonic and one other Amiibo.

Friday is gonna be a pretty good day, got my 2 Megamen, Ike, King DeDeDe, Shulk and Majora's Mask 3DS Limited Edition all arriving.

All I'm missing from this wave is Meta Knight.
