i feel for you guys who got canceled without notice. it's pretty scummy for stores to do that without even an email notification.

The two TRU closest doesn´t have any extras of Ike, they only got enough for preorders, same with King DEDEDE, but they said they will have lots of sonic and megaman, around 16 each.

I think I´ll take my chances with best buy or gamestop...

So, getting my Shulk tomorrow, what's the best way to open these things without damaging the package too much? Should I cut the bottom off and pull it out of the bubble or something else? Still not sure I'm going to open it, but probably will.

Speaking of imports, what are the best places and prices to grab Rosalina, Lucario, Shulk and Meta Knight? Thinking about caving to imports, but even those are out at most stores in other countries as well.

I grabbed Ike, Lucario, and Wii Fit Trainer through Amazon.co.uk, they weren't priced much more than a standard Amiibo, about $20 each. Just think of the extra 7 bucks as shipping :)

Those 3 are very hard to find. I don't know anywhere. Nippon-yasan has metaknight last I checked for about $30 shipped. Best place right now is probably ebay, hate to say it.

I called one of the Local Yonkers store. I was told. Shulk Amiibo got delayed by 2 weeks. They don't know why. I called the other store and told me Friday.. short of stocks in general?

the store that told me Friday has a midnight launch for the N3ds

So I assume the other one was Cross County. Dang, that's where I got my N3DS XL and Shulk amiibo pre-ordered.

I have a text message about picking up Sheik tomorrow though. I'll go grab that.

Some people are getting their stock Friday or later, so it's very YMMV by store. I ordered mine online for in-store pickup and I know those are actually shipped to the store separately from normal in-store shipments, so maybe that has something to do with it?

It's sounding more and more like Shulk is strictly a pre-order only figure.

Yes. I called the Cross County one first. I was told that. So my guess is; pre order only Shulk's.

I am going to take a chance with the one in Central Park Avenue. :/

Guess the derp face thing is a Fire Emblem curse, since Shulk and Little Mac look great. Hope I can pick up my Shulk friday.

So guys I finally got the call from GameStop.

My Shulk will be arriving at my store Wednesday afternoon. It has been my most wanted amiibo since amiibos were first announced and the time has almost arrived. Thank you GameStop. Thank you, you did not screw me over after hearing all of these horror stories regarding amiibos. God Bless you GameStop.

Ordered a Fox an hour ago, then Sheik went up. Tried to order Sheik and Fox together for the free shipping coupon, but then when checking out, it told me I'm not allowed to order 2 Foxes. Went back to cancel the first Fox, but it won't let me.

I like working for GameStop, but jeeze, what a hassle sometimes...
