There is good chance of English localization I think. They announced Chinese version at TpGS last month, and today they announced Korean localization as well. This is the first DQ game to ever get localized in Korea.

Finished watching the trailer, it was so hype.
I get the feeling I'll have to import it, maybe because Square Enix has made 0 effort to localize past games.
But Sony might step in this time.

Even Nintendo had to localize Bravely Default...

While I feel your pain, it should have been expected. She's not part of classic DQ5, so she had a distinct disadvantage to appear in a tribute game. Perhaps she'll become DLC or a skin?
