Okay, I've Shiek in the wild again. This time at Fry's. She must be the third common then. As far as easiest of wave 3 to find it seems to go..

Who's getting canceled? I want my dedede and expect text tomorrow given their past notifications.
I wanna get the entire Smash line but after that I'm going to start being more picky as to which amiibos I get. I'll probably get the Toad and Bowser(already have the smash Bowser but his amiibos look awesome) from the Super Mario series, but I'll most likely skip the others since I have figures for them already.

The bolded, especially. I can live without the MM 3DS that looks like a cheap sticker put on.
But NOA's sucking up to the EPA really needs to stop. Eco cases in NA, but regular amarays in Japan & Europe.
Also, the Wind Waker HD Ganon figure--Europe gets it assembled AND in a display dome. But NOA be like, "lol".

And the Amiibo constraints compared to the plentiful in EU is just infuriating. I remember seeing a pic of one of the stores in EU that was just FULL of the LE Amiibo. I'll have to dig that up.
To me, NOA sounds like "too much plastics".

So I went to Best Buy this evening to return the n3DSXL that they took way too long to ship to me and decided to check the Amiibo section. This is what greeted me:
I tried to buy one and leave the rest for others (like a true Amiibro) and it was locked in the computer and they wouldn't sell it to me
I still have one preordered with in-store pickup, but I was going to buy one of those and cancel the preorder. Oh well.

I reserved him at GameStop. I'm looking forward to getting him so much. Hopefuly I get a text tomorrow telling me he's in.

Yeah there have been several posts here today and yday with people getting the restock of Lucario. I have seen reddit posts as well and more convincingly a guy I know texted me that TRU got Lucario and Fox replenishment today. He said there were 4 lucarios

The manager I talked to (who the cashier called when she couldn't get it to scan) said they were all preorders. If it wasn't for the system lock, everyone's preorders would have been out the door.

Yep happened with Little Mac, Pit, and Falcon here in Charleston SC. The crazy thing is some cashiers were overriding them and they were gone over a week before their BB street date. That's another dumb thing I saw those 3 on display 10 days before release. Wtf are they waiting for at BB. They are a week behind constantly. They released Sonic Friday but sat on the others till this Friday for no reason. I was told they werE in the back and had my label on them.

Apparently the night crew just started working and put them out not knowing they were street dated (I was there about 30min before close) and the manager pulled them after I tried to buy one.
Son of a bitch. I have one preordered and thought I'd be safe picking it up after work on Friday. I don't want to wait outside in the morning with the heathens
i am one of them almost every weekend because of amiibo

I have one reserved at BB for pickup on Friday...these stories have got me worried now. Guess I'll end up camping out for this one like all the others. Two hours before they open should be enough I guess?
It seems to me like it's going to be a rosalina type situation. There will be some sold at stores. I've even seen some reports saying as many as 40, but not sure how truthful they were being.
People will likely have luck finding one at release. But like with Rosalina, prepare to get there early, don't expect them to last long or be available again anytime soon.

I havent been following amiibos lately, but please dont tell me Toon link is part of the next wave, my target near me is selling them early and i thought he was just a common, Shiek too. and i told my sister she should wait cuz i thought BB would have it and i'd use my discount on it there.
Please don't encourage people to do this. That kind of screws over the person who stands in line in the freezing cold trying to get one on launch day because oops, someone the day before decided to cheat and hide it.
Yes they are. They actually released about two weeks ago now. Toon Link is common and Sheik is somwhat uncommon but neither are impossible to find.

He is old news friend. last Friday was BB had Sonic and TRU did Ike MM Dedede and sonic. Gamestop did Shulk. Shiek and Toon Link are ancient in Amiibo time.

That post says that Nintendo has NEVER done a Wal-Mart exclusive. This is incorrect. I had to break my seven-year streak of never going to a Wal-Mart because Chibi Robo: Park Patrol on DS was a Wal-Mart exclusive.
