I am, superNESjoe there as well.
They were part of a McDonald's Happy Meal promo here in Peru. They were also available in other neighboring countries I believe. There was a whole set that included DK, Mario in a pipe, Yoshi, Peach, Toad and a couple others. I only got those two.
Well, Luigi is a bit different in that picture but yeah, you get the idea.

You really think TRU would sell it for that price? Please. They'll probably pay him an ass ton of money to have a lot of these made through a factory or something then sell them at normal or a little higher than normal price.... I hope. He makes really great stuff. Check out his Pikachu and Samus.
