I keep the boxes around after I take them out in case one day I actually come to my senses and sell them off. It will be easier to pack them back in their boxes.
I keep mine in case I ever want to transform them around for Smash or what have you. I guess I could get one of those travel kits, though.
Since I open mines anyway and I have no space, I toss the boxes. I'm not planning on selling them anyway. But I recycle them at least! Keep that earth clean man!

At my local GameStop that's in a pretty quiet neighborhood. They have 3 Sonic and 2 Megaman on the shelf. Picked up the 2 Megaman on the shelf and 1 Sonic.
Best buy and both gamestops near me are lousy with sonics. They got new shipments in today and even have them in their spill over areas.
Megaman seems to be everywhere around here also.
Oh you poor poor soul - you have about 10+ pages to catch up on.
tl;dr - 4 waves of preorders went out iirc, they get snatched up in about 10min. If even that long.
Hey late update, but wanted to pass it forward:
Went to Nintendo Store an hour ago and got Dedede, they had atleast like 8 or so left behind the counter, if they are storing them anywhere else they may have more. I believe they had tons of the commons (Shiek, Toon Link) on the wall. Did not see/look for the blue bros (sonic/mega man).

Just an FYI, people actually buy those boxes on ebay. If you have a large collection, combine them together and sell the whole lot. You might get something for them. Better than just tossing them.

There was a limit of 2 (I think?) but scalpers were ordering 2 multiple times. Walmart was cancelling orders of anything over 2 and putting up more preorder stock. I wouldn't be shocked if it goes up again at some point.
I was just able to add one to my cart but now it says not available. Wonder if they were up briefly just now?
It is just like that on mobile I believe.

weird. I don't see a preorder button on my end. Just "Out of Stock" and a button for an in stock alert
On my phone I can add to cart (since yesterday) but it won't let you order. On my PC it shows out of stock. Maybe it the browser?
Yes, they are still getting them. Although the same guy (who was already helping me) checked the computer for all BBs in the greater Chicago area, nada. He did add that he doesn't expect to see hardly anymore of them, at least not until the shipping strike is resolved out west.
I'm right there with you. The BB associate I could tell was not happy, either. He wanted to tell the guys wife she couldn't buy them, but legally could not do so.

Unfortunately there will always be those who support scalpers. And where I can understand it sometimes (if the items isn't just available to buy in stores anymore), when you are buying a newly released item, there is no excuse for that.
