I'm not really into the value because I don't see myself selling it as it's a big hassle for me and I was gonna open it soon when I build new shelves.

I also don't pay attention to the cash value of them, since they have been set by scalpers, and only do 1 to 1 trades, but it's still a good idea to pay attention to the rarity.

You can be happy knowing you made someones day though, and just hope they weren't knowingly ripping you off to make a profit on it.

Where are you from. I thought the bundle at launch thing was for NA only and all other regions get it separately at launch.

Peru. South America. We already got Wave 3 and are probably getting the Mario Party line on launch day but I was still curious about the standalone Mario. There hasn't been any word regarding the Gold Mario Amiibo and I'm hoping they don't stealth release him here. They did that for Wave 3 and it was a nightmare.

I'm slowly integrating my amiibo into my apartment with a goal of giving them some life. Fortunately for me, I don't plan on collecting all of them, and even less will be opened, giving me hope that I can come up with something for the ones I do open. Here's what I've got so far:

lots of nes, snes, genesis , n64, ps1, japan saturn games, GC, xbox gba gbc ggbafsdafdsfskdfsaffsdd :P you get the point
also lots of back up systems i got from trades,thrift stores and swap meets

i was so tempted to buy chrono trigger CiB for $100 though, that price was a steal at the convention

Toysrus by me had a millions Sonics and megamans but no Ike or DDD yet. Wish I wasn't busy so I could go to Nintendo store but will probably be crazy. Wonder how many they'll have now that they're announcing it.

Ugh...Right about now I'd give anything to live near NYC...if they ever open a NWS in Chicago I could maybe pull it off...roll it into a family visit.

That's a really cool idea. Makes it seem like Nintendo characters are just roaming your house and doing their own thing.
