Sony and Nintendo will announce a joint handheld. Sony will be responsible for basically everything about it but Nintendo will slap their name on it so that people will actually buy it. Also full Vita backwards compatability and an Android OS.

Sony: They announced that Samsung TVs will all ship with Playstation now built in and Last Guardian will be an exclusive Playstation Now for Samsung title.
Nintendo: They will announce a diskless and tablet only version of the WiiU called the WiiU2GO. It will be an 11 inch 2 screen clamshell device with a battery life of up to 3 hours.

- Announce PSV super slim, with a lighter weight obviously. OLED screen comes back and introduce new firmware version 4.0 codenamed 4theniche. Added multi account for Vita and battery life is 10x PSV2000. Memory card 1TB were introduced and included for free with new model.
- Now for PS4 annoucement, Yoshida comes up on the stage and says "PS4 has no games(for this winter)" and goes back backstage.

The conference, like most Nintendo E3 showing will be a bit of everything. After the countdown, Miyamoto jumps on stage holding a Wii U gamepad and everyone cheers as he introduces Bill Trinen with a hilarious gut busting joke in broken English! Fantastic, Mr Miyamoto, you're the best! We'll start off with a length demo of Zelda U where Link fights a boss on Epona in the main field, which is a giant bear wearing armoured plating. Miyamoto will tell us that this bear is fought many times over the course of the game, much like the imprisoned, and plays a key role in the story. Then we'll get some usual stuff about sales and growth, highlighting key areas such as Europe and the Americas. After this we'll get some throwaway examples of things coming to the 3DS and Wii U, indie games like Meme Run, Bear Simulator, etc. Next we'll see Fire Emblem if, and they'll show off the new mounted unit, the bear rider. At this point everyone will be asking themselves, "Where's Metroid?" or perhaps, "Is this it?" Boom! Metroid U announced, side scrolling 2.5D Metroid with twin stick controls, the reveal trailer oddly backed by the sound of the Barenaked Ladies. Why? Who knows, really. Finally, before it's all over and after Nintendo shows off a bunch of things bearly anyone cares about, Iwata comes on stage to talk about a legendary IP that Nintendo has reacquired. That's right, Banjo Kazooie is back in the hands of Nintendo! The developer of the first new Banjo game of this generation? Playtonic games! The original Rare people making a new Banjo game gets the crowd of journalists excited and raring for more. Iwata begins to talk us into the end of the conference, Reggie and Miyamoto join him on stage, Miyamoto holding a katana and Reggie a big red button. The crowd is confused, nobody knows whether or not to be excited or confused. Iwata grabs the red button in one hand and the katana in the other. He places the button on the floor in front of him and unsheathes the katana. "Nintendo has had a bad few years with our current hardware, Wii U and 3DS, and I'm sure you have all noticed a theme with what we have shown today. Before we finish this conference today, I would like to announce that this is the last year that Nintendo will be operating as a hardware developer, and as a software developer. I am, however, finding this difficult to accept. As I mentioned before, there was a theme with all our the software we have shown today, did you notice it? If not, I don't think you'll be able, much like me, to bear the future of Nintendo. So, in conclusion, I ask you to join me in wishing a big goodbye to Nintendo." Iwata readies the katana, pointing the blade at his stomach. He thrusts it through his stomach, lets go of the hilt, and slams both hands on the big red button as he slumps onto his knees. Suddenly, loud thumping footsteps are heard, and 50 bears storm the conference hall from an opening under the stage. People are screaming as they run for the doors. Miyamoto and Reggie hold each other crying, "We're sorry!", over and over as journalists discover that the doors have been locked. The bears can smell the fear and it's not long until they begin mauling Ben Kuchera, Jason Schreier, Dan Ryckert, and Patrick Klepek. With his dying breath, just before the bears turn to notice him and the pool of blood developing around the feet of Miyamoto and Reggie, Iwata utters with his dying breath, echoed through the hall's sound system:
"Please understand."

My Microsoft Conference Predictions by DryvBy
Phil Spencer gets off the toilet but is still keeps that constipated look on his face. He looks in the mirror and tells himself, "I can do this. Yeah. Piece of cake.". He withdraws a small vile from his pocket and pours some of the cocaine on the counter. He snorts a line just in time for someone to knock on the bathroom door.
"Mr. Spencer, it's time," says a mysterious voice.
Phil puts his jacket on and walks out to be greeted with a shot of vodka. He wipes his mouth on a $3 bill and mentally preps himself. "Do it. Do it. Do iiiiittt!". With the crowds cheering louder than before, Phil walks out on stage with his hands in his pockets and a half-smile. He clears his throat in a grunt and begins.
"It's an exciting time to be apart of the Xbox community this year. With exciting games already announced for this holiday including Rise of the Tomb Raider and Halo 5, we're also excited to announce another furry creature that will be arriving this year exclusively on Xbox One and Xbox 360."
On the screen behind Phil shows an Xbox logo for a few seconds before you hear a gas-powered chainsaw start up. The chainsaw is placed at the top of the X and in a downward motion, the X is cut in two and in the shadows behind a red squirrel walks between the debris.
The crowd erupts! Everyone is cheering and throwing their iPads in the air. Phil now has a single hand out of his pocket and is making a fist extended slightly outward as if he's giving a Powerpoint presentation. After a moment to build the hype, he begins again.
"We're excited to announce that Conker will be appearing exclusively on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 as a special edition avatar for those who pre-order Battletoads." Phil begins clapping and mouths the words "Thank you" to the crowd. The crowd halts it's cheers and you hear a lot of confused expressions. Then there's a sudden burst of dubstep as a montage of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Halo: Master Chief Collection, Battlefield: Hardline, and Sunset Overdrive footage. The audience is even more confused? "This isn't new!", someone in the audience shouts out.
Phil continues to smile and clap by himself. People start walking out. Phil begins with the same emphasis in his voice.
"I guess you guys want to see something new? How about new-old? How about some Battletoads? For the first time that I can remember, here's an exclusive sneak-peak at the development for the new Battletoads game coming exclusively to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 and Xbox original.".
The lights dim and the screen is dark for a a coupe of minutes. The crowd believes there's some technical difficulties in the back. And by the time the mind starts thinking about getting a beer or just going home, the screen lights up the room with a single image.
The stage light is lit up to display Phil holding an NES controller and a random stage person. The crowd begins booing. "This is clearly an NES, Phil!!". Phil continues to half-smile and plays the NES, ignoring the boos. Then something strange happens. Phil begins walking away from the area he was standing and the end of the NES controller isn't even plugged in! Phil quits trying. He puts his right hand in his pocket and starts thanking people with his mouth. The other guy puts the controller down and scurrys off the stage.
"Remember this is only coming to the Xbox. This holiday season." Dub step. Again. This time it's all Halo 5 footage. Master Chief is battling a lizard of some sort. Another spartan is using a sledge hammer to tunnel through a wall. There's guns everywhere, even on the sledgehammer. Then the music stops. Master Chief takes off his helmet for an entire 15 seconds. The face revealed is... Conker?!
"Buggers. Where am I, and what am I doing in space?". The crowd is confused. No one even knows what to do. Should they boo? Should they cheer? Phil starts up his mouth again.
"This fall we're excited to announce an exclusive everyone has been begging for since we first bought Rare. You will finally be able to play as your favorite alcoholic squirrel." Phil mouths his thank yous again. The crowd begins cheering again. Was the intro a joke? More cheering and more and more and... "That's right. Conker will be an exclusive character in the exclusive Xbox One title, Halo 5.". He then walks off stage and some more dub step music plays with another montage of Call of Duty and Halo and the word "Exclusive" popping up randomly all over the screen.

Will probably be the same as last E3, gameplay from games already announced before the show. There will be new game announcements but they'll be CGI trailers, and maybe some gameplay trailers for early 2016 titles if we're lucky.
I expect MS and Sony to copy Nintendo's approach with the tree house, they'd be dumb not to.
I think EA will have the best show honestly. They didn't show anything last E3, I imagine a good portion of their projects are presentable by now. Battlefront will be their headliner.

Shinji Hashimoto appears on the Sony stage to a crowd of people giving him deathstares in total silence. The GAF contingent had to be held down to avoid a stage invasion. Before he could speak and dig himself further into a hole he is joined by Gio Corsi and the Final Fantasy VII logo appears on the screens behind.
Gio address the crowd, "I hope you enjoyed our trolling we did last December. But today, we announce a full ground up remake of the PS1 classic Final Fantasy VII, with our partners Square Enix and Sony Japan Studios this lifetime PS4 exclusive will take you back to one of the PS1 eras greatest RPG's."
A trailer then plays redeeming Hashimoto and Square Enix.
Before Hashimoto leaves the stage he turns to the crowd "I have one more surprise from Square Enix" The Rise of the Tomb Raider trailer begins to play. "It will launch day and date with the Xbox version" and without further word leaves the stage.

Your portrayal of Phil Spencer seems much more in line with what Don Matrick was during conferences, personally I like Phil's personality and stage presence. I know these are supposed to be joke posts, but this would have made more sense if you brought Matrick back as the head of Xbox so that it would fit together

As long as we get a PSO ver 1&2 remaster or PSO 2 in the US I don't care who buys SEGA IPs at this point. Someone just make it happen! Added bouns is obviously all of the other long dormant franchises or still produced franchises that are so far from living up to their legacies. There is nothing worse than a new Sonic being announced and knowing in your bones that it won't possibly be any good at all.
