It's sad how bad things are that people are clamoring for Jr. to return. Brah has no charisma and was getting zero reaction like Reigns.
I hate those chants too, but you should be good enough in your promo game to diffuse those chants easily. You just have to remove that cadence the crowd relies on to make the chant work. Remove those pauses in your promo and the what chants go away.

I fucking love backstage stuff. Makes you remember the wrestlers don't only exist in the ring or at children's hospitals.
The 10/16/14 episode of NXT where Sami and Tyson rant in the ring together... still as amazing as ever. Sami has a great voice. Tyson is a douche canoe but you can tell he was having fun with the promo. Crowd loved it too. Then Sami, not wanting to be reduced to a little kid due to Tyson's rants, challenges him later in the show. Two then have a great match to end the show.
I just love Sami's story line, especially as it kicked into fifth gear at that show.
Vince and his 20 some odd writers could learn a thing or two looking at NXT. Especially that segment, please. =p

The deal they have with TV Asahi - NJPW World gets house shows and secondary PPVs, but the big PPV each month will be on TV Asahi PPV first and then on NJPW World usually an hour or two after the event finishes. The one exception being Wrestle Kingdom, which aired live on both.

GFW is never getting a TV Deal is it? The state of Wrestling in the US must be at an all-time low (commercially).
WWE weaker TV deal
TNA went from Spike to some 3rd-string channel
Lucha Underground is on some channel
GFW can't get a deal

I guess the number of promotions on TV is greater, but the deals seem weak.

WWE has a better TV deal than the last one, at least financially. It's just nowhere near what they wanted or thought they were going to get. Also Lucha Underground only exists because of El Rey.

Is there anyone on the main WWE roster at the moment with a submission hold as their go to finish? I guess Bryan does but it just seems no one has a hold that you immediately associate with them like we all did with Hart's Sharpshooter or Piper's sleeper hold.
Also as much as I like Ziggler in the ring I really wish he had a far more traditional move established as a finish rather than the Zig-Zag that you can't really tell who it really hurt more.

They invited him into the ring and the fan obliged. He must have a death wish. He got into the ring and Rampage pushed him back against the ropes. At that point I assume his pants filled quickly as he dropped to the mat and rolled out of the ring where Fludder was waiting to escort him from the building
Uhaa lost the loser leaves PCW match as part of a new heel stable angle. New GM, Joanna Rose (the ring announcer) made the match no DQ half way through and Team Single came out to deliver a beating to Uhaa, handing Masters the win and the title.
Bubblegum won the Road to Glory tournament so by the end of the night this new stable had all of the gold (Cruiserweight, Tag and World titles plus the tournament trophy). Will be interesting to see how it plays out as this grants Bubblegum a world title shot at the Anniversary show in August. Fingerpoke of Doom on Masters?

As much as I wish he would go after Nakamura's IC belt and have a rematch from their WK9 classic, him vs. AJ has definite 4 star plus material. He probably won't win but damn if it isn't going to be a hype match.
So, based upon this, the card for Invasion Attack looks like....

DiBiase Jr could have been something if they actually let him be a CHARACTER instead of just a guy that was there.
He should have been paying off matches, hiring wrestlers to do his dirty work, and he should have held tournaments for the million dollar belt.
They should have had him become a super heel and have Virgil get his revenge (don't care if it's a repeat angle - giving your boss a comeuppance is a story a lot of people can identify with, and it was old enough that it'd be new to a lot of people) again.

I appreciate a good tag team match even if it was randoms but screw the openers and Liger/Mask matches. I seen the same dudes wrestling the same match to the point I know the finisher before one of them comes to the ring. I predict Liger will retire at Wrestle Kindgom next year.

I have no problem with it, that's just wrestling in Japan and the way they generally book their shows. The problem is with the ageing undercard, guys like Liger, Tiger, Nakanishi, Tenzan, Kojima, etc, who aren't able to do more than a standard tag match on a regular basis, yet are still a huge draw that the fans would be disappointed if they didn't get to see. Also, the young lions matches are an absolute highlight for me, it's great to be able to watch their progression from month-to-month and I enjoy it when they get to mix it up with the main roster, which definitely adds something to the standard random tag match. Like on the house show from last Monday, where Tanaka was slapping Tanahashi around and Komatsu foolishly tried to show a bit of attitude towards Nagata and promptly got wrecked for it.
