That sounds to me like the only way to play Bloodborne.

Run past them into the house (unless your starting from the house). If you get them to follow you they stop at the doorway and you can get them with a long slash.

According to the wiki, there's a gun that eventually gains an S scaling with Bloodtinge. Mmmm I want it. I can't wait till there's more information on it because based on what it has now, I'm gonna have the cane the entire game because it's the only Skill weapon besides the daggers with decent scaling.

I personally think this is the hardest of the soul series, mostly due to the fact you have to get used to playing without a shield.

FROM REALLY used the extra power in the ps4 to not only increase enemy encounters, but also increase the amount PER enemy encounter.

I would never struggle with mobs in previous games. In this game? WOW, they rush the shit out of you and push you into fire. They go straight ham. They have limited stamina though, so you can tell when they get tired. Every enemy has an all out animation where they basically do a flurry of attacks.

That is when you go for those motherfuckers.

Once you get accustomed to R2/L2 being mapped to the touch screen, Bloodborne actually plays quite well on the Vita! The only real problem I had was with the rear pad being used for locking-on. Thankfully though it requires two repeating touches to change targets.

Is it that each time you get vials/bullets and you can't equip them they go to the bank and whenever you return to the hunter's dream and go back to level you take from this overstock?

I cannot for the life of me beat Cleric Beast. I have the cane. I keep trying to run behind him and use R2. I can get one hit in, maybe. I try to run away. He does a wide sweeping attack and lowers half my health. Shit is infuriating.

Spam R1 instead. Faster swing, easier time dodging.

The key is not to run away but to dodge around the beast. Only run to reposition the beast or dodge the jumps.

Yes.

It restocks automatically. Overflow goes to the stock when in the game world.

I generally start selling the overstock when I go over 60 in the vault otherwise you will be reaching the cap and wasting resources that could be turned to blood echos.

You need to ride the thing down once. There is a way to get there from the sewers I think

Fast climb the tower holding O, when you get to the top shoot him repeatedly, make sure you do it right away and he'll just fall off. Make sure you look below for his item he drops, if it isn't there come back later and get it. It allows you to get a new weapon.

If you pick up an overstock of blood/bullets:
-They will be replenished when you die from your storage
-You can pick them up in the Hunters Dream
-If you run out of them in your storage, they won't be replenished

I had the same problems with the cane. The move set just did not work for me AT ALL. If you want a different weapon:

Theres a saw spear you can find in the sewer area as well as a massive pig that when killed unlocks all the starting weapons for sale at the vendor. Personally I reccomend the hunter's axe. It's badass and hits like a truck.
