My only note has so many foul ratings. It says something like "time for fall" near the cathedral elevator because it looks like there is a floor under it that you can land on, but you just fall right through like it's a PS1 game.

Oh Uhm and guys if you so happen to run into a boss without knowing it and have a ton of blood echoes on you? Use the bold thingy that returns you to the dream with your blood. That's a better way to spend your stuff instead of losing it =]

are you not supposed to be able to use your weapons on the first werewolf or am i just an idiot

i mean I'm an idiot regardless but i feel really stupid just dying over and over trying to punch this thing to death

Killing Manus with a bow outside of his fog gate was a bit cheap. Also believe you could kill the first Maneater with a bow through the fog gate, also cheap.

the game throws cheap shit at you every 5 minutes. Whats goes around comes around. I regret none of my tactics in any souls game, including arrowing the tail for the dragon sword etc :P

you die once like every souls game, you choose a weapon in the dream, you equip the weapon and you kill the werewolf

You get echoes, and a point of insight if you beat the boss. You can use insight to buy stuff from the insight vendor in Hunter's Dream, and you also need it to summon someone.

You need 10 insight to unlock the vendor. Go into the house in Hunter's dream and go out the door on the left midway. Buy the resonant bell. Go outside a boss room and use it, and you will be summoned
Thanks for the information!

Is the mace in
Yahar'gul
? And is it a enemy drop or just something you find?

I don't know that area name, it's from the area you access from the third headstone, although I haven't unlocked the second. To be more specific it's the one
you are kidnapped to when an enemy with a sack kills you
, a surprise that came out of nowhere for me and people keep posting. If you don't have the third headstone unlocked don't read that :p

It was just lying on the ground, but guarded. I did a suicide run blind around the area just picking up whatever I could.

I'm having loads of problems with father G and I'm pretty much out of potions and bullets. Any tips for quick farming?

yeah I know I said earlier I found this game easy... I will eat crow for this.

Strat for You if your going to farm blood and are still stuck.
Oil Urn + Molotov's. It seems cheap but it's highly effective against him. Just make sure your vials are topped up and just run around, wear him down with his multi-strikes and when he's drained then hit him with one oil urn, repeat and hit him with a molotov. Rinse and repeat. It's time consuming but he goes down after about a few minutes.

Just killed the Cleric Beast after initially giving up, wandering around and finding boss Number 2.

This is a far harder opening than either Dark Souls games for me. I need my shield!

Ha, I'm having a real tough time without the shield. It completely changes the game for me. I was never someone who ran around dodging attacks so it's a rude awakening for me.

What is the next step after talking to her?

Buy the 10k seal and beat either
Vicar Amelia or the Blood Letting Beast
, I'm not sure which.

Then go to the Tomb of Oedeon and she will be there fighting a dangerous hunter. If you help her, it will continue the quest. If you let the hunter kill her, you can loot her body.

When you die, you can get a weapon and gun from the messengers next to the lifeless doll. Pick them up and equip them before warping back to the clinic.

So I am sure this has been mentioned a million times but how does the gaf password work? I would be down for some jolly cooperation if I knew.

I don't understand how anyone can say any strategy in a game like this is "cheap". This game throws an endless barrage of shit at you. You should have no shame in overcoming it however you can.

So since I basically didn't play the previous Souls games. I would like to have some advice on leveling my character, I'm currently lvl 18, with 12 vitality, 15 endurance, 9 strength, 16 skill, 7 bloodtinge and 9 arcane. I chose the Troubled Childhood origin.

Anyway what should I focus on? Basically just keep pouring points into vitality, endurance and skill or something else? I have 9500 Blood Echoes right now and I would like to put them to proper use.

Cheers, just found it. Need 2 more strength though, time to grind~

Did you guys switch to the Hunter armor set or stick with Yharnam? Stats seem to be mixed but I heard the Yharnam stuff from the vendor is better.

Cheapest thing in this game is that katana wielding hunter
you fight for Eileen's quest in the Grand Cathedral.
Fuck that guy.

End and vit are your most important stats. Leveling of skill, str etc should only come as a secondary when you know for sure or if you want to wield a specific weapon.

There is some nasty stuff in the end game... the
whore
disappeared from the church, but I found her with her
eraserhead baby

FINALLY found a covenant, but now I think
I sent someone to kill the covenant leader
