Is there a consensus on who, if anyone you should send to the clinic or the chapel when given the option for NPCs?

Anyone?

Eileen is not in my game I've defeated 7 bosses.

Is it bugged or is she hiding somewhere?

Have the same problem. I've only defeated 4 bosses so far, but she's not at her spot in Central Y or where Father G was or in the Cathedral Ward as far as I can tell. I guess I just did too much before finding her. Sucks

One thing I really like is the blood coating your Hunter. I love the look of being drenched in blood with the shimmery, drippy look on a coat. Also if you remove your head armor, the blood stains the part of your face that's exposed. The little things yknow?

Door to Old Yharnam cannot be open until you beat Darkbeast Paarl. Once he's beaten, go to Old Yharnam while wearing the Black Church set. He will not be aggro'ed but it seems that if you attack the beasts in there, he aggros. Not sure if the beasts won't attack you.

He's protecting the beasts in the area so if you're planning on not aggroing him, do what I mentioned in my previous post and don't fight back. There's a reason why he placed that note on the door. He even tells you to go hunt above and not there.

I entered from the other way and had him shoot at me all the way down, but it still worked when I came back though Darkbeast's door with the other armor on. So it isn't required to never agro him. I even went all the way up to the top and had him shoot at me with his normal gun once as well and still was able to turn him friendly.

Still pondering on whether to go STR or SKL, I chose the Saw Cleaver as my first weapon and I like my mid speed/damage weapons. Can anyone help me, give me some advise or something? It's definitely a harder choice than in the Souls games.

So after I beat

The witch I finally ended up letting a bagman kill me to go to the prison, I was wearing church garb (chest) and the lady there reacted to me based on my clothing apparently. That was cool. Then I killed Dark Beast Paarl. I feel like I probably wasn't supposed to kill him yet, but I was really hoping to replace my cane whip with a new Skill weapon. Alas while the weapon is cool, it is not skill based.

Gorramit when will I get a proper skill weapon!?

If you use the gem, you get an item. If you give it back, the girl knows her parents are gone and dies of sadness. If you say nothing, you can send her to a safe house...which may or may not be safe.

down the stairs, past the small bridge, there are a bunch of crows near a corpse

. I found a note saying to take good care of him. Did I kill an NPC accidentally? That's a bummer if I did.. I don't remember seeing anyone alive there, I'm usually very careful.

Buy the 10k key item from the bath messengers in Hunter's dream. Open the gate to the plaza in Cathedral District. Go left past the two bell Giants. Find the black church set in the alley and wear it into Old Yharnam

Viewing the weapon let's you know what stat bonuses matter. The higher the stat (closer to A) the better that stat is for that weapon.

Look in cathedral lamp , the one after the fight with father G. she should be in the area ahead after the doors on the left. To do her first part of the quest line requires to engage with vicar amelia, second part requires to fight not win Rom.

I do wish FROM actually fleshed out there characters within the world, rather than them standing like dolls around the place. Would love to play a Souls game while making some kind of attachment to people within the world.

He is, and the best thing to do is learn to counter, and use cocktails.

Be strong, he is easier than the Cleric Beast.

I've picked up the Ritual Blood in Old Yarham and i opened the shortcut to right (after picking up the Ritual Blood from the altar). I've also defeaten the machine gun guy at the top of the tower, and i picked up the item that he dropped. My logic says that i'm suppose to go somewhere and use the Ritual Blood, but i have no clue where that might be. I've been walking around for maybe 2-3 hours now, visiting almost every place and tried every door that is locked. I really dont see any logic what i'm suppose to do, but i'm sure i'm overlooking something simple.
