There is much, much, much more to having a certain physique than good genes and working out a lot. Yes genetics helps, especially with metabolism and fat deposits, but you can still achieve a muscular physique as a skinny guy and lean physique as a heavyset person.

Depends on how the whole yellow sun thing works. It makes him super strong, which makes no sense anyway, so why wouldn't it make him ripped as well?

So I made the unforgivable error of reading the comments and someone just flat-out blurted out major events for the 5th season Game of Thrones. I'm baffled. Not so much about what happened in the books, but how an individual can get any kind of satisfaction by doing something like this without cause.
On topic, I completely disagree with their etiquette. Two weeks for films and two days for television is way too little time, since not everyone lives in the most glorious US of A.
Maybe they want to lure people over to Arrow by showing them up in The Flash. It also might be because they have a couple of story reasons for Arrow -> Flash and not Flash -> Arrow at the moment; or we haven't seen the reverse cross-overs in the trailer.

I'm sure he is still athletic enough to do it, but the diet and discipline necessary to shoot x-hour shoots every day for several months while being ready to take your shirt off and have it look good on camera is definitely impressive.
In any case, I'm fairly certain that with show business fitness training they can add a lot of size in 6 months, but I don't think it would be good for the role.

Muscles are basically built when you damage your fibers and they repair stronger than before. So if the pseudo-science of the yellow sun radiation is that his body is constantly repairing itself, whether or not it needs to be repaired, it kinda works.
Although in that scenario he should look like this guy.

While I'm looking forward to this next episode, am I the only one that wishes that it had been before the break? Every vepisode in this last bit feels like hype train riding to the finale, and this one Just seems.. Off coming after the last 2.

Most of these villain of the week eps kinda feel like that. I had the same feeling last week even though plenty happened.
Flash and Arrow spoilers are allowed immediately after it airs, and you're allowed open discussion about past Arrow episodes in the Flash thread and vice versa. Promo talk and future episode summaries should be tagged but sometimes press info and casting is released and heavily publicized - like Mark Hamill's Trickster - to the point where it can't be reasonably expected for everyone to hide it. Speculation and comic plot lines do not need to be tagged.
