I wonder if Mr. Sinister is in this.
it's gonna be Idris Elba, we all know it

probably wouldn't have the time for it anyway, since he'll (most likely) be in Star Trek.
fuck it. Take 'em to space. Starjammers baby.

I wonder how Stinger is going to shit all over all the Xmen besides Wolverine, Xavier, Magneto and Mystique in this movie?

Are we setting up an X-Force movie? Deadpool, Wolverine, Fantomex, Archangel, Psylocke, kicking ass and taking no names at all.

Please be based on the Remender Uncanny run.
Now you're talking. Though, in this X-verse I think Havok rather than Corsair is apparently Scott's father? Maybe Alex could be the much older brother to Scott in the FC/DoFP timeline and Chris is still father to both of them? I have no idea.
This is an intensely annoying attitude. First, because Marvel Studios is by no means a paragon of quality. Second, because X2 and First Class are both much better than X1, and better than anything MAHVEL BAYBEE has shat out.*
*Sole exception remains The Avengers.
They have to be brothers. DOFP was in the 70s and this is in the 80s; Alex has ten years on Scott at best.
But yeah, on the age thing, I'm pretty sure it's just that the timeline being toyed with means certain couples met much earlier and the kids were convinced earlier. I still kinda hope throw Dazzler in the mix given the setting.
As far as I can tell there's as large as a 20-year difference between Alex and Scott's ages in the movies. FC took place in 1962, and DoFP took place in 1973. Apocalypse will be roughly 10 years after DoFP, so that puts about twenty years between FC and Apocalypse. IIRC Alex was in his late teens in FC, while an 18-year-old actor has been cast as Scott for Apocalypse. It's quite possible that in the film universe Alex will be Scott's father.
I don't care either way, but right now I don't see any reason to rule out the father-son angle. It would certainly be a bold move
The 1980s have transformed into a steampunk future?

Director Bryan Singer has taken to Twitter to reveal that X-Men: First Class and Days of Future Past star Lucas Till is set to return as Havoc for the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse. An interesting point to note is that Till will share the screen with Tye Sheridan, who plays the young Cyclops in the film, marking the first time the two brother characters have appeared in the same film in the franchises history. Given the age difference in the two, however, its possible they may not be related as they are in the source material.
"Without giving anything away, the recruitment of the Four Horsemen is very cool," the actor enthused. "It's very interesting the way that he does that. You know the idea of - the way that cult leaders do - they find people that are in need of something and try to fulfill that thing in them - as it relates to every one of the Horseman."
When asked what this character would be revealing Isaac replied, "On an individual level he's able to reveal the true power of his Horsemen and what's true to them. And I think to reveal the weakness - how weak we've become. Because this is an ancient entity. So to come to - I think 1983 - and say, 'How did the world become so weak? How did we allow ourselves to become to weak and to enslave ourselves.' I think that's where he's coming from."
Rewatched DofP for the first time since the theater today.
I actually enjoyed it even more this time around. Kinberg's script actually wasn't quite as bad as I remembered either. Some good stuff in there.
Excited for Apocalypse. Think it'll be best superhero-flick next year.
Funny, I did the same thing the other day. I was worried that the film wouldn't hold up as well on the second viewing, but I liked it even more.Rewatched DofP for the first time since the theater today.

Pretty cool. I wanna see Sophie Turner as Jean Grey the most.
Wouldn't be a X-men movie without some awkward promo pics
no doubt, the music was great. displays of power were entertaining and i enjoyed mcavoy's xavier most of all. plus after enduring the shit of wolverine origins and x3 that ending was so good. seeing wolverine walk around the school washew
oscar isaac interview sounding interesting, i'm glad he seems to be taking the character seriously and likely will give him some depth.
