I hope it doesn't. For a few reasons:
1: He didn't hand over everything.
2: Brady always starts cold anyhow.

I'd rather Brady start cold during the relatively simple beginning of the season then have to go through that later.

I think this is the first bit of common sense I have seen in this thread. First QB they used a real pick for, let's see how this affects bill's very uneven drafting record.

For QB's he has actually done a good job. Most GM's draft bust after bust QB and never hit. Bill has been pretty succesful. Cassel, Mallet and Hoyer are still playing QB in the league. Edelman was successfuly converted from QB.
The Patriots signed a QB turned WR from Michigan.

Who is trying to take away titles from the Steelers? Who is trying to tarnish the Cowboys' titles? Who is trying to tarnish the Broncos reputation?
Who goes after the Edmonton Oilers, New York Islanders, or Detroit Red Wings? Chicago, LA, etc.

I agree, but one way or another the Brady era is coming to an end, and I would like to see his permanent replacement be slightly better than coachable and able to succeed in the Patriots system.

Nonsense. People despise the Yankees, Duke, every team LeBron plays for, for many of he same reasons people hate the pats. Good teams breed hatred (especially teams led by arrogant characters) which amplifies reactions to every negative story. Tell me with a straight face that pumping in crowd noise is a lesser infraction than having balls .3 psi below the standard or taping from a different vantage point than allowed. No one gives a shit about the Falcons because they've been bad and they handled their scandal with grace.
This is about personalities and a lasting national hatred, not because the cheating is actually impacting the game.

The Patriots also have SpyGate. Systematic cheating. The ball deflation is just them getting caught in the act. They will risk getting caught cheating in petty ways, because they think they're above the game.
I hate the Yankees, etc with a sense of respect.
I hate the Pats, because they are cheaters. It's ingrained in everything they do. Then they have their fans and the media propping them up as a "team that does things the right way," "the Patriot Way."
The Patriot Way is about dishonoring the game of football and whining like a lawyered-up baby when you get caught red-handed.
I don't understand why we expect player to incriminate themselves. If the league thinks wrongdoing occurred, they can find out the truth independently. Brady (or any other player accused of breaking the rules) shouldn't have to lift a finger to help them.
Of course, we're free to draw our own conclusions from a refusal to cooperate, but that decision in and of itself shouldn't be punished or condemned.
I don't understand how 2 instances of cheating 9 years apart is systematic cheating. Have the Patriots done anything else during that time you wish to inform us of?
Also people keep harping on about spygate like the Patriots were breaking into the offices of the opposing team, spygate had nothing to do with the spying itself but more so the location of the spying.
In my mind the football deflation is alot worse than spygate, but that is just my opinion.

They give almost max severity for the colts having a bad year and drafting luck. How is that cheating?

They burned the tapes. The Pats were going social engineering their way into other teams' practice facilities and taping walkthroughs. They did so for systematically for years before having a whistleblower turn them in.
They are a team that cheats constantly.
Why are Pats fans posting Pats propaganda? It should be pretty clear.
