Scott's pack sure is getting FULL. I guess we are going to have more Scott shouting people down all Alpha like.
Hopefully that'll lead to many more scenes of Jackson doing his vulnerable face.

Mmhh.

I think this is where I bail on the show. Colton's acting was the worst part of the first 2 seasons, his absence is one of the reasons season 3 was so good.
How very dare you.

Hate to say it, but I see where you are coming from.

Colton is strictly eye candy. He is a gawd awful actor.
He's decent in the right role. Like for example a hunky student who looks either smug or worried all the time. He can also do saucy glares and the glistening chiseled fresh-out-of-the-shower thing. What I'm trying to say is he has range.

He could totally out-act Parrish in a shirtless volleyball match. God, his acting would be so good.

I'd be for it. Then we can have a who can be more vulnerable thon with him and Liam.
Aww yes. Lips will pout, brows will crinkle, and pants will tighten. (In an age appropriate manner while Liam's on the screen, obviously.)

I wonder if he knows that Allison kicked the bucket. Would be interesting to find out that the crew had been updating him on what's been going on while he was in London.

Well that is one thing he can hold over Liam, being of age for the shirtless scenes will will be graced with.

Also I'd like to think the crew has kept Jackson up to date on crazy shit in the city. It would be really stupid if he is completely out of the know and comes back to learn all shit went down.

Edit: Then again that gives him more shit to pout about and get emo to Scott over. THUS getting Liam and Issac jealous as Papa Wolf has to cuddle Jackson while Malia beats the two of them over the head for being so annoying...

It would be fun to see Jackson arrive back in town to find that Lydia's a banshee, Scott's an alpha, Allison died, and Derek's off in who knows where. Jackson's best when he's dismayed.

Season 5 could basically be all about getting through to Jackson, and making Jackson listen, and holding Jackson's jaw or chaining him up to make him pay attention. I think the season should mostly take place in locker rooms. Scott could deliver crucial exposition to Jackson while backing him up against a wall and employing threatening body language. There could be lots of scenes of Jackson getting mad after a hard workout or fight or whatever and Parrish or Scott having to get him back in line. Character building stuff.

You know, I really just want the showrunners to do what's in the best interest of the story.

Please don't let them resist the terribleness that was Jackson and Lydia. Let me cling to the very thin thread that is Stiles and Lydia.

Stiles and Malia is fine. I love Stiles and Malia!

But Jackson/Lydia was awful. Forget it.

Man, Jackson's arc was best when Matt was controlling him to murder people. That reveal where Matt is watching the tape of Jackson sleeping, and then he wakes up and transforms... it's fucking creepy

latest

what arc lol

jackson was still unbearable by the end of s2, i'm really not excited about him coming back.
the cast is huge now, isn't Issac coming back too? Jesus.

Parrish is still #1. The new dude played by Cody Christian looks pretty amazing too.

Jackson has even more competition for top hunk status.
Parrish is obviously a Greek god made flesh. But Jackson's face sets me on fire. I melt. I'm pretty sure I get a couple inches shorter every time I look at him. Basically I'm reaching out of my shoe to type this.

Cody Christian's character looks super promising. I'm confident Jackson will always be my #1 though. Not that I'd complain about hunks vying for my attention.

You guys and your hunks.

Bless you, leaves all the ladies for me.
That's the spirit!

They managed to include a shirtless workout clip in a serious and super dark trailer. Plus killer robot in leather. Oh, and Colton Haynes back to show the many different shades an actor can bring to being shirtless.

I love this show.
Worst cocktease of all time. I'm still in recovery. They show Jackson rise in his studly splendor and then have him leave town. (Was it worth it Colton? You majestic jerk.)

But yes, this season is a great opportunity for Colton to showcase the acting range I touched on earlier.

That trailer was awesome! Like that they're delving pretty hardcore into the psychological horror again

I love this show.

The best thing about Teen Wolf coming back must be Price's recaps, I swear to everything holy on this planet.

Well, the horror and the ladies and the bro-ness is also great.

I'm just surprised that as soon as Colton's character becomes interesting on Arrow, he jumps ship.
I wonder about Colton's management team. He's always jumping ship.

I bet he wasn't happy with his smaller role on Arrow, but Teen Wolf has so many more characters now, I wonder if he'll get as much attention as he did before.

Um, guys I hope you know he "jumped ship" because his character is going to be on another show in the arrow/flash universe he just wont be on Arrow anymore. He's probably returning for a season of this show because his new show premieres mid season (beginning of next year) and he had time in his schedule. But he has been working non stop since Teen Wolf premiered 6(?) years ago. So I wouldn't feel bad for Colton at all he's obviously doing something right. The lead actor of this show and Allison would love to have his career after this show (what have they been doing besides this show?). And if his new show doesn't work out the Arrow people have already said they would take him him back as the character he was playing, Arsenal, is pretty big in the comics. And if those two options don't work out this show has just proven they want him back in this cast. It's an actor's dream to have this much flexibility and connections in the industry. So for the poster who said "Colton, was it worth it?" I would say "hell yes".

I guess you have a point. Apparently he's in The Rock's new disaster movie too. Just saw it on Colton's twitter.

Poor Crystal Reed, lol. According to IMDB she hasn't been doing much lately.

:(

I still remember someone asking her what she's gonna do next and she looked like a deer in the headlights and said she had no idea.

That was the best interview ever. I laughed so hard. She not only looked like a deer in headlights but she was visibly crying. This was funny because they paired it with a interview she had done during the season where she had one of those "What did you think when you heard you were dying" questions. She said it was her plan, people wanted he to stay to the end/that she was one of the people promised to never be killed (so she could still get a free, steady paycheck for years if she stayed). and she was excited for the future.

And I'm not a Colton fan but you guys where clearly misinformed (saying "what's Colton's agent thinking? He never stays on shows") so I wanted to set you straight.

they better fucking not

seriously what would be the point?
There wasn't much to the rumor, but it keeps popping up regardless.

You're just a ball of fun. What other Arrowverse show is Colton going to be on? Legends of Tomorrow? I haven't heard anything about that.

This is a Teen Wolf thread so you might want to adjust your expectations.

But seriously, I feel bad for Crystal. What a hilariously awful career move. At least Colton's (devastating, heartbreaking) departure made sense at the time. Arrow was more mainstream than Teen Wolf, and I assume its viewership is better. (Despite Season 1's awfulness.) Why not ride the superhero wave if you can?

She looked devastated in that interview. And she had just started to be more at ease with the cast and crew towards the end of her tenure on the show, which makes it even more sad.

I feel awful for her.

2 and a half years is a pretty good wave for an actor. :)

Also, why are you sad for Crystal. It was her choice. She wasn't forced. She was promised a 100% certain ride to the end and several more years as a working actress guaranteed and she turned it down without having even one backup plan.

I can only wonder what in the world she was thinking. Was it pure naivety? Did she just assume that as a working actress she wouldn't have to worry about finding new roles?

It certainly is. His timing was good too. The Marvel empire has brought comics-based movies and TV fully into the mainstream. I'm sure most people who are aware of Colton know him as Roy.

I sympathize with the terrible position she placed herself in. Certainly, she's responsible for the consequences of her dumb choice.

well crystal leaving gave us some of the best moments in the show

i feel like allison's death really helped establish 3b as the best season of teen wolf (imo)
