If they have a BackerKit after the Kickstarter ends [which they should...hopefully...], you should be able to add-on more physical copies for a set amount. That's how a few of the Kickstarters I've supported in the past worked, but I'm not sure if Bloodstained will be the same way.Gotcha. I'm actually higher than that tier but I want to get multiple physical copies. I guess I'll try asking about them about it, with all the current platforms I'm sure I'm not the only one in this boat, and I'm sure that will help it fund at least somewhat higher as well.
I'm really interested to see how pledges spiked after the Wii U goal was announced (if at all) versus the Vita goal (if at all).
It absolutely seems like something they will add if you inquire. I know, especially with the Vita and Wii U goals now, more people will be interested in multiple physical copies.
The 1st Editions from Kickstarter have exclusive content.

We have seen your comments (and know this is important to you) so we are talking about it internally. There are actually plenty of campaigns that don't do add-ons for a wide variety of reasons and as I mentioned, this campaign was built without them so it will indeed require a of rebuilding the page, rewards, and managing merchandise. It will be hard work no doubt. As far as keeping the campaign open. We also need to discuss that. Currently, the focus is on the campaign being 33 days and once it's over, it's over. I saw you have backed a lot of projects. I really appreciate that. Very impressive to see you be so giving. Give us some time to talk please.
type of gaming laptop(some of the best)
hook it up to my big ass HDTV to play my Steam games
They've said this is not the case in IGA's AMA although a lot of people seem to think he might be mistaken. Despite it being his project I kind of doubt he's the most knowledge person about the Kick starter aspect of it.
Thanks, I'm still going to remain hopeful. I'd love to pledge higher than I am [$100], but I don't have the disposable income right now. If I could "upgrade" my pledge after the Kickstarter ends, that would be preferable. In the comment section of the campaign, someone mentioned BackerKit and several other concepts similar in nature and Ben Judd stated he would have to discuss it with the team over the coming days as the approach was to basically have it completely end once the campaign was finished.
So yeah, it seems they're aware of the options, however, they haven't come to a decision as to whether or not they want to keep allowing pledge modifications or what-have-you after the fact.
hmm have gaming laptops come to a point where they offer top level PC gaming experience?
is yours a portable laptop or those desktop replacement kinda laptops?

So, I wonder:
Let's assume the 3.75m goal IS a fully orchestrated soundtrack, which I think we can speculate with some confidence that it may be. Do you think that's the final "dungeon" stretch goal?
The final goal, unlocked with 50 achievements and the pyrite coin, is possibly the 4m goal. But what could it be? What could possibly be missing once we've unlocked all this content and material? What is so far ahead in the funding that we won't see it until we've hit the very end? What is that big, final, secret?
Because at this point I simply cannot come up with another goal behind the live soundtrack. They've added everything. There is something for everyone. What's left? Variations on online coop? IGA did say that was expensive in the AMA.
I wonder.
Someone in the comments said that the icon for the new mystery stretch goal looks a bit like the top of a treble clef.
Orchestral soundtrack, anyone?

Here's hoping Vita goal is reached. Vita's controls are pretty much a perfect fit for a game like this.
Honestly I don't think it'll hit even $3.5mil, but got damn I want a Vita version. I greatly, greatly prefer playing Castlevania on a handheld.
The Vita love is beautiful, here.
Life is beautiful.
I need this on Vita. Big time. God help us all.

Vita is LIFE.
I think we stand a very solid chance at surpassing that goal
Should be fine. Even $4mil is a good shot.

At the very least, I'll be remote playing it. I want it in my hands. MY HANDS!
I'll be curious to see how much it levels off or if the upward trend continues. Seems like they've got a good battle plan to extend it.
I have the feeling they will add a goal at the obscene (yet achievable) amount of 4.5 million for 4 Harmony of Despair style online co-op maps. So, I wonder:

Wait, people actually pulled their money over the Wii U port? Crazy.
Online multiplayer <3
You're not. Think Demon's/Dark Souls. That's what asynchronous multiplayer means.not really, unless I'm reading the stretch goal wrong.
Might be assuming they've gotten more front loaded too.LOL at people who think this won't reach the Vita goal. First Kickstarter they've followed I guess?

Oh would you look at that, people do not bitch at all that a Vita port has been revealed as a stretch goal, but the Wii U bitching group seems to be extremely vocal despite the fact that a Vita version would produce just as much work as a Wii U version would.
There is really nothing I can do but shake my head at these weird bitching/praising principles.
EDIT: This is not me saying that I would find a Vita port to be a stupid choice, quite the opposite. The more people get to play this game the better.
This is just me shaking my head in disbelieve at certain people.
Not any significant number of people, no.
4 million is basically a lock
Well for what it's worth, I'm pretty worried about how Armature intends to port UE4 to both Wii U and Vita, but they seem intent. The fact should just be accepted that the only distinguishing graphical features separating the "power trio" versions from the other two will probably have to just be fancier shaders, some higher detail backgrounds, and maybe higher polygon models for main characters and bosses.Oh would you look at that, people do not bitch at all that a Vita port has been revealed as a stretch goal, but the Wii U bitching group seems to be extremely vocal despite the fact that a Vita version would produce just as much work as a Wii U version would.
Eh, are you sure that it actually said "3,000,000" when the update first came out? Because they've been accounting for the "approximately $60,000" (and growing) in PayPal donations for a while. So for example, it may have been at "2,940,000" when they decided to throw the switch on the update, and the fact that it was still below "3,000,000" may have produced the illusion that the confirmation dropped a significant amount of money, which it probably didn't.Probably not, but the fact that it dropped sub 3 million is pretty amazing. That means at least a thousand people dropped/lowered their backing money.
You might be able to understand why people familiar with a subject can easily find what is obvious to them exasperating though, and I'm not sure they were being particularly out of line either. Fitting, as being unfamiliar with general Kickstarter trends isn't the same as someone going "wow all this is coming put this month!?" in the monthly boxart thread. This is the first Kickstarter for a game that I actually care about, yes. And I did assume that this was a very frontloaded campaign given how fast it made its way to the list of highest earning Kickstarter games. No need to be dicks about it.

It didn't hit $3 million on Kickstarter alone. The total was always including Paypal pledges.

I'm starting to consider going to the physical + digital tier on this news, to have physical for a non-PC platform.
