2 weeks to go and barely any E3 leaks.

I hope it's a boring 2 weeks of no leaks leading up until an amazing E3.

I actually don't mind leaks sometimes but people complain so much if E3 doesn't blow the doors off that I'd just rather it be saved for then.

Can't complain really.
Even if there are no megatons, seeing announcement being made live is still fun.

This.

The leaks have really killed the last few e3's. Imagine if bloodborne, FFXV and KH3 didn't leak.

I don't recall FFXV and KH3 leaking. There were rumblings about Versus XIII showing up at E3 in 2013 and a possible name change. No one saw KH3 coming. Even during the trailer people still thought it was KH 1.5HD until the logo came up.

yeah, but the reveal didn't show many infos so i think people wouldn't talk much about it since they wouldn't know much. Leaked info showed a lot about gameplay and we have an epic thread with meltdown

I know what you mean but usually, right after the conferences, info about announced/shown games starts spilling out and it would have been at least clear that it is a game with "souls" spirit.

I'd wager its due to there being not much to leak :0

I'm thinking there just isn't anything big to leak. We already know about Morpheus, Gears remix, Tomb Raider, Last Guardian, Mario Maker, etc. There will be a few small surprise games for sure but I'm not expecting any megatons this year unless it comes in the form of a ridiculous price-cut from one of the 3. Mini-360 could be interesting if it is indeed true but in the end it's just a cheap tiny version of an older console. I think it will be an interesting product but it's not really aimed at "us".

This is going to be the E3 where VR devs are going to smell each others farts. It'll be interesting to see those devs on kickstarter two years later.

Good,I want the surprises during the conferences and all,it takes away a bit if things leak, especially if it's more then announcements...

2 more weeks is what's going on. We've already had news of XCOM 2 and Fallout apparently, and now some Dark Souls 3 rumors. Publishers are going to reveal more in the next 2 weeks in hopes they won't be overshadowed by the conferences.

If you're still expecting a crazy e3, I think you should lower your expectations a bit. We live in a different era now where information can be distributed without the need for a convention. There's no point in devs showing off unfinished games at E3 when they can just throw it out on twitter when the game is polished.

Here is my thoery: we banned all the potential leakers: cboat, famousmortimer, worthyedge (lol),... And they aint coming back or risking another ban

Basically only Verendus is left.

What are they going to leak?

Almost every company makes a series of incredibly predictable games in 2015.

Unless you're the kind of person who finds sequels to mega million selling games shocking ("OMG FALLOUT 4!" "XCOM 2!" "DARK SOULS 3!") you're not going to be surprised.

Well, there will be some indie games out of no where, but team of four people generally don't leak.

Well there should be at least three new AAA IP's from Sony (one of them is the Guerrilla / Horizon thingy) at the press conference. So not everything is a sequel to a well known mega IP.

I expect it to be one of the boring versions this year anyway, Sony also partly confirmed that.

Partly? Lol. They never said anything about their E3 conference. They admitted 1st party games this year are sparse. I don't know where the hell you found E3 in that sentence.

I think it's better this way.
I don't want all the surprises to be spoiled.
And of course there will be surprises, there are many games which will premiere at E3, also many first party games.

I expect it to be one of the boring versions this year anyway, Sony also partly confirmed that.

Yeah E3 is only about first party games planned for release during October-December :P

Given that they're complaining already in anticipation of E3 2015 being crap (in this very thread), I agree with you.

Quite why gamers spend so much time trying to find ways to hate everything is beyond me. I'm hyped for it, just because it's E3. New games. Awesome! :)

Optimistic attitude:
Sony is lying about their lineup being sparse.
Nintendo had their microdirect to free up space in their E3 show for Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Star Fox.
Microsoft is rebooting Gears in a totally new setting/time period.

Pessimistic attitude:
Sony has no games for the fall except Uncharted Remasters.
Nintendo delays Star Fox to next year and has no new games to talk about.
Microsoft gives us a Rare Kinect Kollection.

I don't think there is anything worth leaking this year from anyone. They also seem to have shown games pretty early to build hype instead of staggering.

It's actually good we're not getting leaks! Last year when Star Fox for Wii U was leaked right before their Digital Event I was kinda pissed because that would have been such an awesome surprise to see it being revealed... Fortunately they actually didn't revealed anything, only Miyamoto playing a 2-week-build with a blurred screen but you get the idea.

No leaks? I've been seeing a ton of these off-screen pictures of game announcements get leaked. Shenmue 3 was the big one I remember. Crash too.

Jeff Gerstmann said he only saw 2 unannounced games at E3 Judges Week.

If those 2 games were Fallout 4 and XCOM 2... well shit

I would be quite happy if publishers concentrated on games we already know about, for instance:

EA with Titanfall 2, Garden Warfare 2, Mirror's Edge, Mass Effect 4, etc
MS with Crackdown, Scalebound, Tomb Raider, Halo 5, Quantum Theory, etc.
Sony with Rime, No Man's Sky, Ratchet & Clank, Uncharted 4, Tearaway Unfolded, etc
Ninty with Starfox, Xenoblade, Fire Emblem If, DLCs, etc
Ubisoft with The Division, Rainbow Six, Watch More Dogs, etc

If they come out with this kind of line-up as well as a few surprises peppered in, it should be a pretty great show. I'm really not a fan of seeing games massively in advance, so I don't really have any interest in seeing CGI trailers for 2017 releases.

I remember Shu saying something about tightening security after Project Beast leaks...lets hope this means alot of surprises and megaton at E3

Dont do this to yourself, that'll just make the descent worse.

I expect announcements of games that were already leaked like Gravity Rush remaster, and the like. I don't think there are enough devs to be working on "super secret major project nobody has ever thought about" before.

The lack of hype I feel is far more disconcerting. I didn't even remember E3 was two weeks away until this thread. Maybe it is because I am happy with what I have, and I just don't expect anything great this year.
