Lovely color. I hope to see it soon in the gameYeah, I've only seen it the one time myself. Was genuinely surprised when it came up. It was something like this shade.
(It must've been lucky too, since we rolled to an easy 100-0 ranked victory.)

I think Splat Zones has a different pool of ink colours tto choose from than Turf Wars.
I've noticed a much lighter version of blue (baby blue even) and the colour posted on the last page which is an orangey shade of red. I've probably noticed others too, but the ones in Splat Zones have never appeared in Turf Wars.

Ranked (or at least Splat Zones) seems to definitely have a different selection of colors. It seems to prioritize some less saturated, colder hues.
I wonder if different modes will have some more colors.
Might be too close to some of the surface colors I guess, but the Ika costume needs a black ink set

With how flashy the game is, I am sorta glad white ink is not in the game. I have sensitive eyes

A flat silver colour would overlap a little too much with the maps' palette, but I could see a metallic quicksilver kind of thing working well. Black might blend in with the background as well, but that might be able to avoid visibility issues if it were significantly more luminescent and reflective than every other available colour.
I really hope so. Like a darker yellow maybe, or a lighter purple.
And of course we have Splatfests too where all the maps are at night and the ink glows :3
Glittery ink might be cool too, it could sparkle!

I'm in love with all of the blues and the indigo/blue-purple hybrid in this game. It also helps that the latter matches the best with my specific Inkling.

Started trying out some weapons beyond the junior/aerosprays that I've mained so far.
Liking the .96 gal so far. Liking the range and firepower. It's not great for covering territory, but I've managed to win almost all of my turf wars with it so far since I get lots of kills with it and making it very difficult for the enemy to hold or take territory. Having the echolocator as the special for this is fantastic.
I also tried some chargers and the Krak-on roller to less sucess.

Nothing like watching your brother go on a 10 game win streak in Splat Zone when your last attempt had you de-rank consistently (was struggling to get a C+ for most of yesterday and he's already looking to become a B in a two hour session) or get BTFO because some mythical monsters were on the other team.
