So Wasteland 2 isn't gonna be any cheaper huh? I guess that 75% discount on it was just a pipedream? T_T
Best deal for the game was free when you backed bards tale 4. 15 on gog.

This is an enhanced steam feature, not native to Steam
Wolfenstein worth it at that price?

This isn't really accurate. They had the base price listed as $40 for a while. They raised it to $60 for the sale so that 50% and 75% off would be $30, and $15 respectively. Sort of a dirty move.

So much for 75% discounts when you can fix the "suggested retail price" just before the sale. This is the first year we're seeing this, is it not? I don't remember publishers using this "tactic" in the past.
I believe the first Lego HP game on Steam is pretty buggy, so don't get that one.
Level 322 now. Nothing stops this train.
if you accept steam, then you've accepted DRM. If you're truly anti DRM then you would only be making purchases on GOG.
So either accept that this DRM thing that doesn't really affect you 99.9% of the time isnt that big of a deal and purchase a really good game or accept that you're being inconsistent with your ethics

Errr yes. Best FPS I've played in a while.
It was worth it at full price.
It's the real GOTY of 2014.

Definitely.
Absolutely!
Sounds good. I was debating btw it and Metro Redux (I played the originals but didn't finish). Anyway looks like I'll go with Wolfenstein. Thanks guys!
The games are pre set. Playing the game just unlocks them. How does the game choose the deals? I have a hard time believing the community chose Command: Modern Air Naval Operations for a discount.
In any case SOLD!

Metro Redux is better though![]()

Pretty sure the community has no input on which games are unlocked as deals from the minigame.
I'm intrigued by The Forest...
But the jank has me worried.
Oh thank God. The community always chose the worst stuff.

Fuck...back to square one.
Yeah, by and large people just voted for the largest discount, which in many cases resulted in, say, a $5 game being reduced to $2.50.
He did it.
The son of a bitch he did it.
Lego Jurassic World on sale on launch.

Has anyone actually gotten a card from the game post reset? I've had my autocannon firing away while I do actual fun stuff on my pc for the last 5 hours and I haven't received a single card. This is the worst community event for steam sales ever.
