I'm against religion in many ways, but a lot of Christians are pro-LGBT... There's various churches and sects that promote a more loving attitude than the ones we see from the far right. Generalizations and bigotry go together pretty well, so I'd suggest not putting EVERY Christian under one banner since there's literally thousands that they can align with.
