This sounds like the most jumbledup mindfuckery of needless twists and fan service moments. Classic Metal Gear in that sense. Is it bizzare that I don't want to watch the streams but I'm cool hanging out in the spoiler thread?

Nope, I read all the spoilers here and they just made me want to play the game more.

No that's not strange, because you want to experience that trainwreck yourself and not watch it. I do that too.

It's not your memory, it's that people keep bringing up eye stuff when I can't see it being stated anywhere that he has no eye. Maybe I'm wrong I dunno.
 
I haven't been following all the spoilers, but some of the images on the previous have me asking how many damn clones did they make? It looks like Skull Face and Grey Fox are versions of Big Boss as well as Solid, Liquid, and Solidus. Did I miss something?
 
Well, that spoiler picture of Ahab's eye just sealed the deal for me. I think I have a good enough answer that satisfies my curiosity until the game comes out.

Where are you getting Gray Fox and Skullface?
 
Quiet's outfit at the beginning looked awesome. I hope you can unlock that in the game. Also it's kind of amusing that the reason why she may dress skimpy is that your pal nearly burned her to death.

i find it so strange this is my most hyped game and im desperate for spoilers!
 
Yea it's Kiefer Sutherland for sure. But what's really weird is when Big Boss asks who he is, the bandaged guy says that your talking to your self and then says you can call me Ishmael.
 
MGS1 Grey Fox has the same eye.

Well shit. We've jumped from Big Boss is crazy(from the last E3 trailer), to Big Boss is Venom Snake, to Big Boss is Ishmael, Big Boss is Solidus, and now to Big Boss is Gray Fox.

What a thrill.

The stream just showed the sequence from the trailer, where Mantis uses the helicopter to dice up a group of soldiers. It then follows with the Man on Fire being confronted by a tank (which shoots a shell at him, which he then redirects//fires back as bullets). The Man walks up to Snake, but before he can attack, Ishmael runs him over with an ambulance.

Now it seems when they escape, Ishmael is shot and unresponsive. The car crashes, and when Snake wakes up, Ishmael is gone.
