Hey you guys, this really creepy thing just happened. I was sitting in my SUV, reading the Hot Ryu thread, when some joker starts spying on me through their blinds. I think they actually called the police when they saw me cleaning my phone with my jacket lining, lol. People are weird.

I can't believe op is getting grief for calling the cops. You can't do that in public. Those kinds of behaviors are indicative of someone who has the propensity to commit other sexual crimes.

A normal person doesn't masturbate in full view of people and children like that. It in of itself is a sex crime and would make him a sex offender. I'm actually disappointed in the cops that responded for not taking it more seriously.

I've been a cop for a long time and had many sexual assault trainings over the years. People like that often will build up to other things chasing the rush of excitement it gives them. Just like a normal person will get bored with certain things, he will eventually get bored with public masturbation. Then he will move on to something else. Flashing people, groping people, and on up the ladder. Stranger rape is not very common (something like 5-7% of all rapes are committed by aa complete stranger), but this type of behavior correlates with a person who has the potential to be a rapist.

The op was clearly in the right to call the cops. Wtf is wrong with you guys?

Ah yes I remember a similar episode in highschool.

School biology camp, we were camping over on an Island for some stupid Biology thing about ecosystems and shit. To get there you have to take a ferry. People live on the Island so there is a big ferry that crosses taking island residents vehicles, delivery trucks etc. So we were on the bus on the ferry crossing. Some peeps got off the bus to go for a walk around and stretch their legs, I stayed on the bus with my headphones on when I see people around me charging to the back of the bus. Take my headphones off and look back and can hear laughing and squeals of 'haha he's fucking wanking!!!' as students are all pressing up against the back window of the bus like it's the front row of a rock concert. Apparently the truck driver behind us on the ferry must have been a bit bored or something, because apparently he was doing the five knuckle shuffle while unbeknownst to him a bus full of high school students had now pressed themselves up against the back window to get a glimpse. Who are the perverts here, I suppose that's a matter of ethics.

This was before the era of smart phones and mobile phones in general really, otherwise I'm sure the back would have had phones clicking like crazy. It went for a few minutes of people giggling and laughing before everyone let out screams and even more riotous laughter as he finished up, put his porn mag on the dash of the truck and preceded to wipe his hand on his work jacket.

After finally looking up he must have got bit of the a shock to see all these students pressed up against the window, a number of them making jacking off motions while pointing and laughing.
