I have my doubts about sim, how won't he get straight owned in this game? Also not like we have a shortage of chars that teleport.

The teleports need setups, the parries/counters have a full animation and there's no focus attack. I don't see why Dhalsim wouldn't work

Seriously though. After knowing that Rashid uses gadgets, it makes me want C. Viper in. Battle of who has the best tech.

All I could says, "Time changed." They are going to pay attentions to the fans that want to see their own countries getting representative (or) better representative that aren't inaccurate or outdated stereotypical.
Dhalsim is outdated in a retrospect so they probably want to give us better representative that would accurately represent the countries, like Brazil and India. What about Blanka? I don't know how to explain anything about him but I really like his design
I don't think its bland, but I think thing Shaheen is way better.

Just ignore him. Let's go back to talking about 3s characters. Any excuse is good enough for me to believe, and I don't think SFV would launch with 0 characters from 3s. In any case, nws is known for his loose grasp on reality lol

Well of course, which is why I said for me. He's just wearing all white. No other little details tohis outfit to make it really stand out besides the tech that he has.
Shaheen is really just a great design to me.
I wonder what role Rashid will be playing?

Shaheens personality and movelist is dull as dishwater in comparison. His expressions or lack there of make it look like his a 'create your own character' avatar.

Hahaha! I'm not sure about it but I would love to see Alex and Urien being available on release day, but I wouldn't expect to see it happening tho. I would be happy if they are going to bring majority of Street Fighter 3 and 4 in Season 1.
If we do get more SFII characters, I doubt that it'd be those two. We already have our token grappler & I'm not sure if we'd get 2 Indian reps in the base roster (though more than one person from the same country isn't unheard of, it's mainly for Japan, America, & the UK).

Oh, I'm not against or is for Dhalsim since I'm completely neutral on that character. I'm trying to see both sides' perspective. I understand that some people felt that Dhalsim isn't accurately represented what India is all about. I wonder if Capcom trying to please people by trying to give them the newcomer with accurate stereotypical and keep Dhalsim because he's one of iconic world warrior characters.

After today that leaked roster list in pretty much confirmed. Anyone thinking otherwise is just setting themselves up for disappointment.
Ken Bogard's? Definately. Its been pretty much confirmed since we got info about Vtrigger and the upgrade model.

Not really since they never said that those characters would be in the vanilla roster. They just said that they were going to be in SFV. They could be in the first wave of DLC for all we know.

V-skill and V-trigger might balance him out. Game does look rather weak for zoning, but it's still very much a work in progress. Every build is completely different.

Also, part of your character getting in the starting roster is a much better chance to see them at EVO. I'm thinking maybe we might get to 20 before that's locked down for EVO.
Not that EVO is all that matters, but it's a nice bonus. Then again your favorite character placing high at Evo just leads to calls for nerfs like after Luffy won with Rose.
I was so glad that was on the money with the game's update model. That's the thing I'm most happy about, and exactly what I wanted them to do.

Evo's DLC policies are stupid. Smash should have had Ryu, Roy, and Lucas available.
extensive, not expensive. I'm certainly curious about how things will be priced, but I'm pretty much going to be free to any kinds of pot-enhancing/community supporting DLC if Dota 2 is anything to go by
agreed. if the DLC is out before the tournament, it should be allowed. unless it's literally the day before the tournament and they can't viably patch or whatever, but I'm confident Capcom won't drop someone in that short of a timespan before EVO. the only concern is if the character is actually bugged/gamebreaking (as opposed to fears about OP-ness, which is silly)
