It's a legitimately great game though.



I actually enjoyed his tapes because for one, the voice acting is excellent and two, he actually made it seem convincing despite how stupid it sounds.

It is, well, mostly everything related to gameplay is great, but everyone knows there's more to an MGS game than that, and you can't just ignore those parts, and even less call it the best game ever without even finishing it.

That is so weak. MGS4 has a myriad of problems but 8 hours of cutscenes was pretty damn great as far as fanservice goes.

A creator should not strive to appease fans necessarily but when you don't even address fundamental aspects of your story that's different altogether.
