NYCC is the same day as the Brazil thing so I'm not sure we'll even get a reveal at NYCC tho Capcom has a history of revealing characters there

This is true. NYCC is big for Capcom. Mag-freaking-Neto was revealed for MVC3 there out of all the events. It's the one big show for the EC USA fans, so who knows.

I personally dont like the pomp, and the aviators are prerrt ugly, I only use her scientist costume where she uses regular glasses. If her pomp wasnt there id like her a lot more.

It is sort of a similar situation to what's happening right now with Dubai Games 15 and TGS. You get a new character that plays an homage to Middle East/Brazil, and a fan favorite returning character at a traditional event (NYCC/TGS).
