I wasn't talking about the SF team. I was talking about how they built up RE 20th anniversary, showed a terrible game no one wanted and then fucked off. To me, they fucked up a decent opportuinity to show off some cool stuff.

They're going to reveal a new character. It says on the website. We just don't know when because there is no date for "新キャラ発表 (New Character Announcement)" or date for "新キャラ参戦 (New Character reveal)." My guess is the 19th as that is when Sugiyama and Ayano are going to be on stage, but there is no way of knowing.
The 20th is a Momochi Capcom TV special show where he has exhibition matches and introduces the new character. However, introduces in this context is different from reveal or announcement. For example, they use the term "introduce" for the 19th, where Ayano and Sugiyama will "introduce" the games mechanics as well as the latest info. It would be strange for Momochi to reveal the new character over someone like Ono, Ayano, or Sugiyama. So although it's possible that he's part of the reveal, I'm thinking he won't be part of it.

I just want them to mix up the presentation of these old characters a bit more.

P.S.: Please Capcom add extra stages inspired in classic SSFII ones as DLC.
SFIV had just a few stages with variations and this sucks. If we don't get a stage per character as it should, please give us at least a decent amount of stages.

Capcom's Saturday SFV show starts at 13:50 Japan time. Sony's SFV show on the same day starts at 11:30.

If she's not revealed at TGS I'll be bummed, but that alone isnt a big deal. If she's not in at all I'm cancelling my preorder and skipping the game until she's put in.

Guile at NYCC would make a lot of sense
Karin is shown briefly but then she walks away for her new boss aka old butler. Her family no longer has money and the roles have changed.
Ex-butler shows up playable in suit and updated version of Karin's old moveset.

Besides Urien fans just want him in because he's thier waifu. They've probably never even used him or played any of the games he was in.
If they put in Ishizaki instead of Karin I'll main him.
Indeed, Urien is some kind of male R Mika... but it was legit awesome in third strike.

In all seriousness he is a pretty cool character. Has some interesting nuances to his playstyle which will be good to see back if they can get it to mesh with SF5's systems.

Ken gets an 'different' main that's basically the same thing with his Gi off and people loose their heads.
Ryu gets an alternative that's similar to what they did with Ken, but with a beard, and people loose their heads over it not being the main.
Good market research imo.
This means more folks will spend money on DLC to get their desired look

Seems we would get 2 character reveals during October; one during Brazil Game Show (2nd week of Oct.) and one during Paris Game Week (Last week of Oct.)
That leaves us Novemeber and December.
NYCC 2015 is early December, although I think in November they should show a trailer detailing system and features.
