Ingrid is the one character I never want to return in An SF game. Simply doesn't feel like an SF character at all.
Plus we already have a "mystical power" type female character that's Rose. And she adds to the country diversity in the game. Instead of yet another Japanese entry.

It's been stated a million times that mika is his favourite. Not sure where this ingrid theory came from.

Yeah, I also think the scars should stay, but for the sake of continuity they might remove them, seeing as how they've been changing some characters subtly.

Let say if someone is right about Dhalsim and Zangief being in the game, I wonder why it took them long time to reveal them. I wonder if they would change up Zangief so much that Mike Hagger would able to become playable character with different play style in term of moves. I already know that V-abilities would be completely different.

Haggar was around before Zangief, but both stole moves from one another. Zangief took Haggar's Spinning Double Lariat, & Haggar returned the favor by stealing Zangief's Spinning Piledriver.
He's right, Vanilla SFIV only had SFII, Alpha, & newbies. The SFIII crew came in for Super.

Lol the worldwide console release had a plenty of alpha that's the original roster the arcade one wasn't even available for everyone it was safe as fuck.

She has an interesting moveset though. But they would probably remove her counters like with karin and rashid has a similar projectile to hers so yeah its not looking likely either way.
It took a whole new title to get any 3s characters where alpha characters were included in the original console port which was treated as the same game and the first worldwide Sf4 release.
It took way longer for any 3s characters to show up and by the time we got 3 alpha had ammassed 7 reps.
