Khloe Will Be By His Side

Lamar Odom will survive his near death experience but it will be a long, hard road, doctors say ... and we've learned Khloe will be with him the entire way.

Doctors are telling Lamar's friends and family rehabilitation will take many months, and they believe an undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent.

We're told Lamar will have physical, speech, and other therapists working with him for the foreseeable future.

As for Khloe, our sources say she has vowed to stay with him through the entire ordeal ... and that includes all therapy.

TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Lamar have both signed final divorce docs, but the papers will not be signed by a judge for 2-4 months.

One thing we do know ... Khloe dragged her feet for more than a year after filing for divorce, because she still loved Lamar and wanted to save him.

Lamar Odom's near-death experience has intrigued so many people, the Love Ranch brothel now has a month-long waiting list.

Ranch owner Dennis Hof tells TMZ, since his staff placed the 911 call last Tuesday, business has tripled. The average number of customers pre-Larmar averaged around 20 Johns a day.

Hof says in the last week, the brothel has attracted an average of 75 men a day.

Hof says the real cache is the room Lamar had booked. There's now a 1 month waiting list for the suite, and 16 want the room for at least one overnight stay.

And get this ... if anyone pays more than $500 while they're at the Ranch, whenever possible Hof will show them the room.

Call Off Divorce
We're Giving Marriage a Second Chance

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have jointly gone to court to dismiss their divorce case, because they want to stay husband and wife ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge Wednesday morning, asking a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage. The file was sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and signed by a judge.

The judge granted Wasser's request and the file is now dead.

Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but sat on it for a year and a half because she tried to save her marriage by trying to get Lamar into rehab. She finally gave up this summer.

As we reported, Khloe privately vowed to be by Lamar's side during his recovery, which will take months, and a few days ago they both agreed to give their marriage another chance. They both signed the document Wasser presented to the judge, asking that the divorce case be dismissed.

Lamar signed Tuesday from his hospital bed -- Wasser signed on behalf of Khloe.

The papers had been filed; so yeah they had to get it taken care of right away.

If the story is true it was in a stack waiting to be processed by a judge.
