Found a very odd bug that caused my character to permanently have 95% accuracy on all headshots, regardless of range. This is insane; can anyone else recreate it?
(Very minor spoilers, but tagged 'em anyway. Not main quest related.)
It started happening after I got the
perk,
. The perk claims to give +20% accuracy to all headshots, and I was kind of confused if it gave +20% to the odds (so 50% would become 60%) or just a flat +20%.
Yeah, turns out it just sets everything to 95%. As long as the head is visible, I'm good. Even if the accuracy would've been 1% before.

It works behind glass
Things like turret barrels count as heads.
Everything is completely effortless now, even on very hard, so if you're playing a VATS character you probably want to avoid
