All I want, Sony pls!!!!!

This isn't going to end well. The narrative is already solidifying and Sony is going to get a lot of bad press/reactions for it. Can't say I feel bad for them.

That being said, $15 is a good price for Rogue Galaxy.

People could buy the Warriors on PS3 right?

I figure that'd be a shoe in for bringing it to ps4.

Soooooooooo.

Timesplitters.

And throw Def Jam FFNY while you're at it lol.

At $15, there isn't a lot of games I'd buy full price. Top of my head, Nocturne, P3 FES, Shadow Hearts II, BoF: Dragon Quarter and DQ VIII, basically.

Will wait for some deep discounts.

I could see myself biting on Rogue Galaxy or Dark Cloud, seeing as they're fairly expensive physically. $15 isn't a bad price considering they weren't previously PS2 classics.

Rogue Galaxy in 1080p and trophies for 15$? I'm in.

Everything else is kinda meh, Sony give me Shadow Hearts 1 and 2 and I'll buy both in a second.

Hyperbole.

Just don't buy them. The rest of us will enjoy games we don't have anymore. I sold off most of my PS2 catalogue years ago so most of the stuff I want are like the PS1 classics I already own.

And much like the PS1 classics, I sold them and ended up getting them on PSN.

11.99 this will prob change to in £.
Cheap enough for trophy support and being much improved. There's worse Indie games priced for a lot more.
You don't have to buy them and I'm sure they'll go on sale.

I don't think $15 is too bad, however it's a shame there is likely no upgrade discount. I have a feeling when GameCube titles do one day show up on Nintendo VC they'll be a similar price point.

.......You know what, I will call this for what it is; cheaper re-masters in disguise of PS2 titles coming to PS4.

Because that is what this is; games running slightly better, running at 1080p, having trophy support, and having all the PS4 OS features.

These are not PS2 Classics (which were direct ports of PS2 ISO's into the PS3 emulator), but remasters of Sony and third party games that publishers do not feel the need to fully invest in (ex: not something like FFX/X-2 HD which has new assets and a number of changes/fixes/ect).

I will say this to not get annoyed with the lack of my PS2 Classics working on PS4, as it is clearly Sony trying to milk some more money out of gamers who are interested in Sony titles.

Thankfully, I didn't get many PS2 Classics and my PS3 still works fine but still, do not like this move they are pulling. Maybe they have an upgrade program or something that they will announce at the PSX but this announcement is not really exciting me at all :l.

Will give Parappa 2, Ape Escape 2, the two Dark Clouds, Rouge Galaxy and other Sony games I missed out on a shot though :).

Wow, what is it with these pricing? Just wait for the Steam winter sale and get the GTA classics for dirt cheap, screw $15 lol. The only ones possibly worth $15 are some of the RPGs that you can't get on PC like Rogue Galaxy (excluding running it illegally on the PCSX emulator)...

On the one hand, I can finally play rogue galaxy. On the other hand, fifteen bucks.

Wish I could play them on vita, too. I mean aside from remote play.

I'm tempted by Vice City even though I own the Steam version. I'm hoping that it works out as £10 but I guess we'll see tomorrow.

Yeah, somehow I think they're going to give priority to stuff that never got on before, even moreso with the internet rage. Also, fortunately the PS2 selection never got as big as the PS1 selection too really.

Seriously I can't stand people like that. No one is forced to buy these if they don't want them and if All these games will range from $10-$15 bucks. That's a good deal imo. Would I love for them to be cheaper? Sure.

But don't these people realize that some PS1 classics and even PS2 classics cost $10 bucks? Why would these be cheaper than that?

IMO the upgraded visuals, trophy support, remote play, Share play etc.. are ALL selling points to me.

This is going to be another case of gaming media trying to start the next outrage.

Wow. Expensive, non-upgradeable/transferable, and no disc support. Pretty much the complete opposite of how it should have been. Huge disappointment. Won't be picking up any of these.

Yikes...that lineup kinda sucks. Nice for GTA fans but mediocre for most. Rogue Galaxy is the only game on the list that I liked...and it's not really that great. Not $14.99 great, that's for sure. Maybe if it goes on sale for $10 I'll consider it...or just use PCSX2.

Arc the Lad is awesome though. Make that a $10 game and I'll bite

Calling it "robbery" is unfair.
It's a premium price, and surely is high, but not unfair.
If 5-10$ were accepted for PS2 classics, I think that 15$ for upres, trophy, remoteplay and streaming-ready versions deserve some more recognition for the effort.
