So yea War of The Monsters and Twisted Metal Black are as awesome as I remember. Both look great. GTA 3 looks ok but didn't blow me away like they did. Still GTA 3 is still as fun as I remember it when I was a teen.

If you already have these and aren't bothered about trophies use PCSX2. THis is mainly 4x native resolution, and iirc, PCSX2 can go at least 8x and beyond I think. That said I heard the iOS versions were awful
The mobile versions are OK but I find hooking up a controller to a phone or tablet to be a pain in the ass and touch controls are lol.

Maybe I was just expecting drastic changes to the looks, specially when I read the DF article and saw those screenshots. From what little I played of Rogue Galaxy I'm just not seeing that.

I was annoyed too, I tried display area but it did nothing and then did wide zoom and it worked but then I felt awkward playing it lol, I think borders will fine, lack of vibration is only thing I wish game featured.

So GTA SA has awful input lag and the frame rate is apparently worse if anything. Fucking what.
I imagine all the PS2 releases eventually make their way in.

I loved Bounty hunter back when it came out so have been looking forward to it since they announced it, I was surprised the three PS2 games weren't part of these announcements considering. The games are available to those who bought the special edition console in the US right? so they are just sitting around not being on the store?

It's awesome but one major thing is if u die, you go back to title screen lol, so u better use vitals during battle.
Try to get a sealed Battlefront copy on eBay with that yellow "Bundle Copy" text on it. Use the code and sell the game. Or message sellers who are offering those versions and ask them if they sell you the SW Classic code for 10-15 - that's kinda how I got mine.

Lol at all the responses saying 15 dollars is high. I don't even buy new games I'm cheap as hell but even used games are 40+... 15 bucks isn't even lunch money. It's like a movie ticket. If you get 15 hours out of it it's steal. Especially in 1080p

one downside of digital BC. It's best to have original hardware and original discs to play games as they were. Tons of games will never be supported because of licensing issues on the entire game.

These games aren't $40+ used though. I was able to buy all 3 GTA games on original Xbox just a few months ago for around $15.

i bought vice city on the ipad and got a bunch of 80's songs from itunes to go with the custom soundtrack feature. Better than nothing.
They didn't, but PS2 classics tied to PS3 games some years back would usually come out a couple of months later by themselves. I'm hoping sometime in January.

Ha, I could just play the actual OST playlists through Spotify on PS4 I guess, good point! Not perfect but better than the alternative.
That's the strangest part. I mean why not licensing the song for free to R*, just for the PS2 release? They have a ton of exclusive marketing deals with R* at the moment.
They own the rights to these songs, afaik. They don't have to pay out anyone.

At least you can 100% the games with cheats, so it shouldn't prevent you from getting other trophies. Except if there is a trophy for not using cheats - but I don't think that's existing.
